Withdrawing money:
Say I had 12.34 in the account. I wanted to withdraw 12.33
Having found the withdraw link The dialog shows me I have £12 (the pence are not shown) Anyway I enter 12.33 and press go I get a message saying withdraw amount cannot be zero I try to withdraw instead £12 now I get a message saying Note field cannot be blank (why not) and now it works so a few sillies to tidy up _______________
Also looking at my financial account, I see a figure for monthly interest paid but no explanation as to what loans refer "Abl Rate" and UPG are somewhat mysterious legends (and I think don't really tell me anything I want to know anyway), whereas the "reference" which is the title for the field which does actually explain the transaction is curtailed. Date Amount Balance Explanation 10/11/2014 £1234.56Dr £1334.56 Bank transfer received That's what I think I want to see
Keep it going, best of luck

The financial accounts are also changing to make the legends more informative and give you more info. That will probably be in the next few days, but I will let you know. The new changes to the UI are being uploaded at some point today. I will let everyone know when they are there, and get your feedback. Regards Ablrate

Withdrawing money: now I get a message saying Note field cannot be blank (why not) Sorry I missed this section - that section is due to become the secure way of sending bank details, and once details have been sent (after the first withdrawal request) it will become a section where further security details can be inputted when withdrawing funds. Right now we are refining a couple of the bugs that have appeared since uploading the live system, but nothing major has been found. However, you may experience the site being slow for the next 30-45 mins as we change little things here and there. At the risk of you telling us the updates are rubbish, I would ask for your feedback. This is just the next improvements that we have come up with after you have generously given your time to us in letting us know what you would like to see. Changes are: Secondary Market (now has history, view of bids on units, easier to get to from front page, etc etc) Active Bids Current Investments Financial Accounts Dashboard layout and information Withdrawal button more prominent (with added functionality that self destructs your laptop if you use it too much... ) We have a number of other improvements we are working on and will let you know when they are up and running... We would be very interested in your feedback. Regards Ablrate

The My Investments screen has its excitements in case you can't read it (it's displaying very badly on my compose screen) it says I have £100,000 in the airplane lease! Not fixed

See a banner ad has appeared on forums. Wonder if you might want to emphasize the potential for instant returns on a future version. Think thats a big attraction in the current market - SS, new AC site.
Had quick look at updated site, cant say really noticed differences, but probably need more time for a detailed explore. AC somewhat overshadowed all today.
Need more loans!

a few bits and bobs On the account statement I dont see that the column Transaction is useful, and it's made bizarre when a withdrawal is labelled as an Internal transaction (as is a bid, as is interest received)
Full and partial bids - I don't really know why you bother with this, TC and AC certainly don't. If you get rid of it then you can easily move the Place a Bid (called one time bid - why?) above the list of other bids. You really really want BID HERE NOW to be found easily.
What are 'Out' Bids spellcheck No bid avaliable

On the account statement all you see is "Pledged for a Bid" which is, to put it mildly, vague. Surely it should tell up which loan.
ok I can cope the one bid I have now but when I have 50 !!!

What are 'Out' Bids spellcheck No bid avaliableHi Transaction. That makes sense to me, I wsnt convinced about it, I will have it removed. Full and Partial. It is really the auction where that kicks in, but will take a look at its use. I like the idea of moving the bid to the tip... will get that done. Out bids are for the auction. If 100% of the loan is filled within the time period lower interest rate bids will start to replace higher bids... hence 'In Bids' and 'Out Bids (those which have been out bid). Thanks for the feedback. Will review and revert back to you on these. Regards Ablrate

ok I can cope the one bid I have now but when I have 50 !!! Hi If you click on 'view' next to the transaction, it gives you details of the loan/deposit/transaction. I think we will remove the transaction column and expand the explanation to have a quicker view of this. Thanks for the feedback. Regards Ablrate

Regards Ablrate It must be me, but insert image is asking me to give a url, which isn't easy for a screenshot. I'll email it to support@

Regards Ablrate That is good as I certainly wouldn't want to have to click through to see such basic information.
and by the way you are correct you can click on view and it gives you another screen but that doesn't actually show the bid/loan. I've double check this and tried it on 2 different browsers.
