We have these changed on the dev server, so you should see the change in the next couple of days. Will let you know. We are also moving the bid layout to the top of that section and cleaning it up. Hi unmaden
"and by the way you are correct you can click on view and it gives you another screen but that doesn't actually show the bid/loan. I've double check this and tried it on 2 different browsers"
My bad. It details the loan on the interest paid, and not the bid. We will fix that, thanks for your feedback.

Some initial comments for you ablrate: Some of the Secondary Market loan listings have a heading which includes "1% Cashback". This is from the original listing and not relevant to the secondary listing. Also, I didn't notice an "End Date" on the Secondary Market Auctions. Also, why not have the primary and secondary market listings on the same page?

Hi gb007 Cashback - good spot, that is being changed. - end date on auctions.. it has it here,... is there a different screen where it is missed? The sliders on the dashboard are being changed if that is where you are viewing the data. Primary and Secondary on same page - It might be something we will look at in the next iteration of the Platform. We are looking at a different front page and consolidating lots f the info. Thanks for the feedback. Regards Ablrate

Just got my first instant return payment, which was nice.
However in the statement you cannot see what loan it comes from. Not an issue right now as there is only one it can be but if you grow as you wish it really should include that info.
Also can I suggest that you make more of the fact you offer this and add a summary category to "My Loans" summary to include this and any other similar things e.g. cashback.

I am concerned that site still only uses user name and password to allow logon. This isn't very strong on its own and in fact weaker since user name is email address which is quite easily available. I see looking back that this was raised back in sept and you had committed to improve this. I wasn't too concerned with my low initial investment but it will limit the amount I add if not enhanced soon. ps it would really concern me if I was investing £20M

And you are allowed to enter bank details every time you withdraw. That 20M is almost as tempting as the pick n mix counter at woolies when I was 10.

Hi Guys
We are reviewing the security on the site, as we do all the time. There will be a two step process coming soon and we are reviewing various different user-controlled security features. One thing that we have done, however, is separate the platform from any banking actions, so if anyone did get into your account, they wouldn't be able to do anything, except ask for a withdrawal or make a bid, put up a sale on SM etc -hence us only asking once for account details. I won't go into how these are stored on a public forum, but they are stored securely. As with any site, the most vulnerable thing is your email - although if we got an email looking to withdraw everything, you can be sure we would call to check.
.and taking the account details is an anti-money laundering measure too.

ablrate here are some comments on the presentation of Secondary Market listings screen: Imho the secondary listings should have the full name of the loan shown in the listings (otherwise the list is not useful, as most are currently just shown as “ ATR…”) My preference would be to have the full name and photo as shown on the primary listings and completed listings pages. It would be useful to show the size of loan for sale in £’s rather than units. It would be more relevant to show the offered interest rate % rather than original interest rate % If necessary to free up space I don’t think "Original loan size" and "Seller name" are required on the listings page. In addition, how is Accrued Interest on SM transactions dealt with? What is the delay between clicking on “Sell” and the loan appearing on the market? Other comments: Site time-out is a bit quick for me. Debit card payment confirmation screen showing duplicated zeros eg 1000.00 .00
Debit card payment on bank statement shows as A LBRATE

Debit card payment on bank statement shows as A LBRATE Hi The name appears on roll-over but I take you point on that. We had the photo on the old version but it was felt that if you have a bunch of loans listed there, there would be too much space taken up and it would go on for number of pages. Units/Loan for sale.. OK will look at that... Rate offered... That does show hen an offer is made (in the 'Best Offer' fixed an auction.) Sellerrname/Original loan size - We are thinking that way on the original loan size... seller may be something drives a search later... but it does look clunky. I will have a look. SM interest is subject to revision now as we will be moving towards a daily rate of interest allocation - hold fire on that thought as we are working on it right now. I agree on site time out, thank you for bringing that up... we will change Duplication and name... we have informed them of that, will chase. Regards Ablrate

As there is nothing currently listed on the primary market, how about some info and a link on the home page / Newly listed holding page to promote the secondary market to new users?

We will be uploading a new deal this weekend.... but in the meantime, your wish is our command... give us ten. Regards Ablrate
