Opened 14th December with small deposit - 20 days matching on the queue page, topped up a bit on the 17th December expecting something early new year, both these amounts still showing as 'new offer' and no indication of when they could be matched. Any ideas Matthew please, and a bit more than we are working on it if possible, many thanks.

Hi guys We are working on the improved matching indicators - these should be released by end of January/first week of February. This will show your position in the queue and current average matching times (which you'll be able to see before adding new money). Loan volume has picked up significantly since December (we're likely to post a record month of originations in January) so you should see funds matched shortly if they haven't already. I'd like to apologise again about the slow matching over the last month or so - as mentioned, this was due to the delay in getting a key partner live which caused a timing mismatch during this period. Should be business as usual going forward.

Keep up the good work and DD (and not try to grow too quickly unlike some others I dare not to mention)

Keep up the good work and DD (and not try to grow too quickly unlike some others I dare not to mention) There is an element of that e.g. clearing up your finances, consolidating any interest-bearing credit cards into a lower cost loan etc. It's also a time people start planning home improvement projects, looking into buying a new car etc. Don't worry though, hopefully you can tell by the recent queue times that there is no likelihood of Lending Works lowering credit quality in order to disburse funds.

Now over a month. 10k earning nothing. I have that waiting time to look forward to - ONCE I GET THE ISA TRANSFER THAT LEFT THE LAST ACCOUNT IN EARLY NOVEMBER ACTUALLY CREDITED! It will be four months plus of cash drag during this transfer. When other transfers I have done have taken literally a couple of days.

It will be four months plus of cash drag during this transfer. When other transfers I have done have taken literally a couple of days. Hi IFISAcavaThat sounds dreadful. The ISA transfer process can be extremely frustrating for us too. Quite often, the existing provider will send across the funds (by cheque, of course) but fail to send over a Transfer History Form, as mandated by the ISA rules. This means we're unable to credit the account with the funds as we need confirmation from the existing ISA manager regarding subscriptions in the current tax year, date of first subscription etc. With certain providers, this process is very straightforward. With others, it can take up to months of chasing until they provide the relevant paperwork. Whether this is deliberate or not I cannot speculate. In the meantime, the customer's funds are in limbo and understandably they are completely frustrated. Please do let me know if there is anything I can do to help or whether I can help place some further pressure on your existing ISA manager, if needed. The good news (every cloud) is that the queue is moving a little more quickly, so by the time your funds arrive with LW hopefully you won't have to endure another long period of waiting.

I see you made the deposit on the 14th Dec, that means I'm probably still waiting a further 10 days having made a deposit on 24/12

I see you made the deposit on the 14th Dec, that means I'm probably still waiting a further 10 days having made a deposit on 24/12 The queue is not linear. I topped up on the 5th Dec and it was fully lent out on the 9th Jan. Only LW knows how big the current lending queue is. If investors dumped £10 mil new money on LW after 5th Dec, it could take a while.
