Almost too perfect to be him!
He has of course reviewed Lendy:
And the new company paymetoday and a glowing review for the FCA:
This last one is far too brilliant to be real, maybe if he didn't have so many sausage rolls he wouldn't need weightwatchers:

You seriously have to wonder how much conviction Liam actually has with lendy, as he is now involved with "Paymetoday".
Maybe if Liam just sticks to working on the numerous defaults and "capital shortfalls" he would not need to start up any more companies.
Maybe if Liam just concentrated his efforts with retrieving the defaulted loans and "capital shortfalls" for his lenders, the FCA would not be on his case.

He's not that thick. He's done very well financially out of this mess!
Anyhow it looks like the office junior in charge of trustpilot watch has either been fired or been off sick this week. Either this, or TP have finally seen Lendy for what it really is and have stopped being bullied.

Another outrageously spoof five star review from Leonard Dee has been posted. I shall be interested to see how long Lendy are happy to have it proclaiming their virtues.

There are so many people annoyed at Lendy for just leaving them in the dark, meanwhile they go off to set up another firm. I am not sure how well this will bode for "Copious Capital Ltd" as I am sure that they already know, so many reviews will be left for them, there will be a lot of people not wanting to invest.
People can print whatever they want but word of mouth also plays a big part in this game.
* I know this sounds like a rant, but it isn't, it is just someone calmly saying that I for one am more than happy to try and help others make an informed decision on these when it comes to investing with them*

Signed Liam - Is this a goodbye from the real LY Liam?

Now that Lendy have been confirmed as the devastatingly high risk company that reviewers had been regularly obstructed from exposing on Trustpilot, we can at least take some comfort in that blocked and fake reviews can't help to sucker anyone else in.

I wonder if one can give a poor review on Trust Pilot about Trust Pilot itself? Eg The appalling way they allowed new investors to wade in and invest in a failing investment while taking money from Lendy for removing poor reviews about Lendy.

Trustpilot scoring may not be taken at face value but can still be a useful pointer. Unfortunately with COL only two reviews were on show, one just before, the other just after, its sudden collapse. FY, in contrast, has earned a considerable amount of flak so trouble could not come as a surprise. The worry now is who is next. Caveat emptor.
Data below extracted from Trustpilot, 26/0/2019. lendy.co.uk - Reviews 746 • Poor - 2 stars - TrustScore 3.1 / 10 - ranked 200 out of 203 in the category Investment. "Earn between 8% and 13% pa before tax on investment in secured UK property loans. 21,500 users have signed up with Lendy since launch, with over £400 m raised, and a six-year track record. Capital at risk. No FSCS cover." FundingSecure - Reviews 143 • Poor - 2 stars - TrustScore 4.3 / 10 - ranked 243 out of 258 in the category Non-bank Finance. "FundingSecure is one the UK’s leading alternative investment and lending platforms Our tax efficient Innovative ISA programmes and peer-to-peer lending opportunities are carefully selected, appraised in detail, robustly structured and professionally managed by teams of proven sector specialists. Great customer service, dynamic investment projects, asset-based lending that works. ..." Collateral UK - Reviews 2 • Average - 3 stars - TrustScore 5.4 / 10 "Great investment opportunities for investors for a better return on their money. Peer to Peer asset backed secure loans funded by the Collateral platform." MoneyThing - Reviews 236 • Great - 4 stars - TrustScore 7.8 / 10 - ranked 122 out of 203 in the category Investment; 1,199 out of 1,850 in the category Money; 177 out of 258 in the category Non-bank Finance. "... What makes MoneyThing different from other peer-to-peer lenders is our approach to lending. We are committed to providing the best service we can to lenders and borrowers. We do that by listening to our customers, learning from feedback and aiming for excellence. ..." Assetz Capital - Reviews 542 • Excellent - 5 stars - TrustScore 9.1 / 10 - ranked 40 out of 203 in the category Investment; 96 out of 258 in the category Non-bank Finance. "Lend to UK businesses with strong security through Assetz Capital and earn from 4.1% pa. All loans are secured by tangible assets and we don’t charge any investor fees. Over 31,500 investors have lent over £697m to UK businesses and have earned over £60m in interest since 2013."

Hey all... Those were my words on 5th September last year. This has, in fact, eventuated exactly as I said. Those who said it was just me panicking.. hope you reading the national news! I finally decided to run for safety while I still can, so I sold and withdrew 100% of my funds. My story is that I have been burned severely in at least a couple of bubbles and learned the hard way to recognize clear signs of such. What tipped me is the fact that the number of "non-performing" loans is constantly growing fasty and has ballooned to 27 of them (checked about 3 days ago). Even worse, some are dating back over 600 days. I am not interested in arguing - talk is cheap. Lendy have become a classic pyramid scheme. Quote from the wiki " When the scheme inevitably runs out of new recruits, lacking other sources of revenue, it collapses." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyramid_schemeRings a bell? The collapse is imminent and it is surprising that they even made it this far! FCA will have a lot to answer for very shortly. Adios, Lendy. See you in the national news shortly!
