I’m sure this has been asked before but can’t find a thread.
Does anyone know if there’s a way to see all loans you are invested in that have a monitoring event other then clicking on each one?
Also can the whole loan book still be downloaded and if so how?
Thanks.

Also can the whole loan book still be downloaded and if so how? "Loan book" / "Browse loans" shows all loans. Then click "Download as CSV"

Then click "Download as CSV" That CSV will show you all loans, or all your loans (if you sort by your holding as well) that are suspended. But it doesn't show you why. Edit: Sorry answering the first part of the question that I don't think that there is a way of filtering monitoring events. cb25 correctly answered your second question. Sloppy writing by me.

Thanks for the help. I really like Assetz but do think that not being easily able to see if there’s a monitoring event is a big draw back as that’s got to be at least an indication of potential future issues with a loan.

Have monitoring events increased? There are some who seem very unhappy with AC but seems predominantly owing certain loans, are these 'certain loans' increasing? Thanks.

My perception is there has definitely been an increase in monitoring events, even for a borrowers 'trivial' offence such as being 7 days late with a due payment - though I dont see it being applied consistently across the loan book (Im invested in, and monitor 260+ loans currently). I reckon the appropriate department are really having a crackdown on late payers, and flagging loans as having a 'monitoring' status isnt necessarily a bad thing. I like to think someone there is actively pursuing my interest/capital payments.
Pity they weren't as quick off the mark a couple of years back.

Interesting thanks. C2f Chase up early on late payments. So it sounds like there's not an increase in bad loans, but that they're flagged earlier. But, if a borrower has defaulted, does the loan broker AC getting in there quickly, make any difference to recoveries, wondering...

Thanks for the help. I really like Assetz but do think that not being easily able to see if there’s a monitoring event is a big draw back as that’s got to be at least an indication of potential future issues with a loan. Couldn't agree more. I'm continually taken by surprise when I dive into my loan book and discover just how much has gone on since I last looked. And it's not just monitoring events - additions to the updates tab slip in quietly and unheralded all the time, and the "last updated" column doesn't help as it seems not to relate to updates at all. I have 206 loans, plus a couple of dozen more I'm interested in. I cannot possibly keep on top of things without the tools to help me to identify items of interest. Even "Trading Suspended" doesn't always catch your eye if the loan is several pages back in the book. I saw the one for #282 yesterday, which is on page 3, only because I was checking the progress of a sell order. I then discovered three previously unseen updates which might have prompted a more timely exit (I'm left with £148). This forum tells you if someone quoted you or even liked your post. Surely Assetz can let us know if an update has been posted on one of our loans.

There are tick boxes in "Communication Preferences", one for Credit / Monitoring event occurred and another for Loan Q&A updated. I have a small number of loans and so I can't be sure how well it works.

I found this a bit strange until I realized that the "last updated" column relates to any update, often it's an addition to the q&a tab that triggers it.

Can somebody confirm that experience? I would assume setting that flag happens automatically when somebody edits these pages. If a loan is flagged as "last updated" I always find something new in either the activity tab or the Q&A. Not sure "Documents" alone trigger it. How about the other way: Does somebody see changes that are not flagged as "last updated"? They may have escaped my radar.

Thank you I was not aware of that area (I always wondered what that little button was for ) However the box for Credit/Monitoring event is already ticked yet I receive nothing. I'll try the Q & A one - it might unstick something

You can sort the "Your Loans" page on the "Last Updated" column. This might help, although it won't filter out the "nothing interesting to report" reports.
