Can anyone login to Brickowner? I can't login to 2 different accounts. I know it's usually a complete waste of time, but I do like to check the accounts occasionally. yes, can get in fine. As you say, I don't like what I see when I get there, but that's another matter.

Yet another 100% write off at Brickowner (R****t H***e)
That's my third total write off in a row! And most of the others are showing major write downs of capital.

I'm going to struggle to break even on this platform, even if my other loans come good, which looks unlikely. no chance of breaking even for me just hoping to limit the losses at this stage fortunately can utilise the capital losses against capital gains elsewhere that take a small 20% edge off the losses.

Fxxking Bxxxxxxxxx Devxxxxxxxx Limited. I doubt the current director lives there. I briefly live that road where the company is registered for 3 months. It’s just a quiet residential area.
I bet this mess has nothing to do with the lady who incorporated the company.

I see they are jumping on the REIT bandwagon, like another disaster of a platform!

Performance wise, Brick should be nominated at least for heading south without going to wind down mode / administration. 👏👏👏

Would like to talk constructively (yes, pun intended) as to how we can come together and take actions with the manner Brickowner has run virtually all the investments now being taken off its website - anyone up to assist in organising based on learning from Bristol and Coyne

Thankfully not a lot of money (as naive as I used to be back then, the returns advertised seemed just way too good to be true so I limited my investments) but the way things are going, it doesn’t look like I’m going to get much back.

Hey guys, Wow! I've just come across this forum today and did not expect to read all this about BO. I wanted to start reviewing some of the platforms I've invested in, including BO. Here's the link to the S*******m project I invested in pfcapital.co.uk/2024/01/06/brickowner-review-shrivenham/ (there's no affiliate links or anything like that. The disclaimer mentions them, but it's more wishful thinking) I only went live with the site the other day, and I'm still playing with the structure of the site and content, so feedback is very welcome. It sounds like you guys have had a s**t experience with them so far (I'm guessing swearing isn't allowed). Did anyone lend on the S********m development. It was only a small one. The most recent update threw a spanner in the works - are we allowed to go into detail about projects here? Anyway, this forum is cool. I hope posting a link to my blog is okay. Cheers, Josh |
