Anybody had problems accessing the site last night ? Seems to working now but it was timing out for several hours last night.
Furthermore does anybody even use this site ? Or have any thoughts ? Other than the odd locked post form a while back there seems to no comments that I can find on here at all about Brickowner.

Deal flow is slow but so far they have been good. One paid out as planned, another so far has returned double indicated dividend. Early days though. Customer service is good I have found.

I'm trying them out, no problems yet. Customer support were responsive. I only have a couple of equity investments with them so far. Neither are due to complete yet, so can't comment on how accurate their predictions are.
One improvement that I would like is for them to publish loan updates on the website, rather than just by email. I find that trying to keep track of investments via email is a bit unwieldy.

Yea I'm just having a proper read through now. It's very complicated and I think I'm right in seeing it as a portfolio loan. I agree it's very high risk (never been much of a fan of London really) but I may have punt.

I like brickowner, they have carved their own little niche into crowdfunded property. So much so that I bought a tiny bit of equity on Seedrs. I have only been investing small amounts thus far; I personally wouldn't go big until they've been going longer and have a bigger track record. They seem to offer different sorts of investment than other platforms in the space and would imagine they can remain as a small team and hopefully profitable as they're not having to manage any properties themselves like propertypartner. I'm not aware of a competitor that lets you get in on the high risk high reward equity side of developments, rather than the debt side.

Please keep reminding me that it's high risk everyone 😉

I saw this thread. Why 3 links though ? Was the same post made on 3 seperate threads ? I only found one. Edit: One link is now showing a different thread

I was linking to two threads. One an 'old' thread in the General Equities Board; and the second a locked thread which has two posts in it here in the General Px discussion area. However, linking to the first post in the locked thread only displayed one post and not both - I tried several different ways of linking to no avail. It's possibly a Pro-Boards quirk because the post was moved. However, linking to the second post in the locked thread displays both. I already mentioned the difficulties in the edit reason, but I'll remove the link to the first post to avoid confusion.
In Edit: It still doesn't work - you seem to need to link to each of the two posts individually - reading one without the other doesn't make sense.

Anybody know why the latest offing is no longer showing on the platform? Has it been pulled ?

If we're talking about L** E**** then it's showing as 49.62% funded in my dashboard.
It's not showing under "Properties", so not sure how one is supposed to find it if not already invested.
