According to their website they are currently having issues with their banking services - the tech team are working with their banking partners to resolve the issue?

This has been going on for a few days now. Lendy bank with Barclays Bank who are not reporting any issues on their service status page.

cannot imagine there is is much activity anyway the way the latest tranche offering is not filling.there is nothing coming out of lendy either,so not to much for lenders to worry about for a while.

so not to much for lenders to worry about for a while. Actually I find this quite worrying. This clearly isn't a fault with Barclays and has persisted for more than a few hours (as is the case with most banking faults). The conspiracy theorist in me is worried that their banking services have been withdrawn.

It seems hard to believe that Lendys “tech team” are working with Barclays to resolve the issue. Whilst I’m sure they are very capable chaps I’m not so sure that a major outage at Barclays needs their input. At the very least they could do manual processing in the meantime and send batch payments. Can’t see it being an issue with accepting payments!!!

I last logged into Lendy about a week ago, and was getting this message then.
Starting to wonder now whether 'issues with our banking services' = 'we have no money left' or 'we would rather keep what little money we have left, so we are not going to let you withdraw anything'.
Has anyone tried withdrawing money since this message appeared? Usually when you withdraw money from Lendy, it doesn't get processed until the next working day which suggests its a manual process, so i'm not sure what major week long technical issues they are facing.

I requested a withdrawal on Friday (19th) being a Bank holiday weekend I didn't expect it to happen until today and as yet it has not arrived.

Lendy would not have any form of bespoke system. Barclays could have found them in breech of a banking covenant or more likely a regulatory matter and suspended their account.

Withdrew yesterday, credited today. No issues Suggesting that either it's a stale message, or the issue is about *incoming* payments. ... which could be part of the explanation of why available loan parts are selling even slower than normal.

Maybe just maybe the FCA has stopped them accepting any new money - and in Lendy fashion this is how they implement it?
