On the loans coming soon bit can we have expected drawdown date next to,each loan?
Also what happened to the fostering loan that was there before?

Ah I wasn't thinking straight. If you set your target higher than £1 then it would hoover up anything available. My target for Coventry Serviced Office Loan is £200 more than my current investment, and I've cash in Manual account, but the system has not purchased the 17p it says is available. Just popping out to get some lunch but if you PM me your email address used on the site then I'll take a look later this afternoon when I get a moment. I can't see any obvious errors in the system logs.

We don't have an expected drawdown date for each loan on the system at the moment, so I'd need to talk to the admin team. If memory serves we're planning to send out emails prior to drawdown to all lenders who have set investment targets for a given loan, plus there'll be weekly updates to all lenders. Presumably the fostering loan is still at auction and / or isn't 100% funded? If so it wouldn't display in that list.

Accrued interest looks wrong for CC L*****e and is missing for E******y. Lots of the loan terms are showing full terms outstanding even though loan has been running for months or years.
Is there way of filtering out targetted loans where target has been reached so I can just see the loans AI will buy for me

I think it has been removed because underwriting has not yet been finalised. It is not even in "Loans coming soon", but I expect it will reappear there eventually so we can programme our "purchasing instructions" to buy when it is drawn down. I found it by clicking "reports" then "accepted bids" because I had a shadow bid on it. Nowhere can I find what that shadow bid was (though I do remember).

The loan was fully underwritten so I don't know why it has disappeared.

Accrued interest for [mod removed as moving to public area] has disappeared and now displays zero, possibly connected to current activity on this loan.
FF detail is still incorrect though the plan may be to correct this over the next few days.
I also liked the previous statement display much more than the new one, and the larger text and bigger spacing is irritating and stressful. The trouble with "one size fits all" is that it rarely does.
Will explore MIA usability when 'Ackney funds materialise. Glad the new site is here and I can make smaller investments in a bigger spread of loans to suit my pocket. Have found the investor feed-back through both the loan Q & A and this forum very useful and informative so that will be a real loss for both me and other newbies.

Accrued interest for Liverpool Bridging Loan also missing. FF accrued interest has reduced considerably.

Surely there's a simple way to view the cash sitting in my manual loan investment account? It's on your Dashboard in the Manual Loan Investments Account section: '£x(xxx......).xx awaiting investment'

Is there anywhere we can see a P&l? ie total interest earned?

It's on your Dashboard in the Manual Loan Investments Account section: '£x(xxx......).xx awaiting investment' Not here. I just have total investment and rate at the top and on repayment and total target at the bottom. Must be a browser drop off. Or maybe it's to do with your java settings as suggested by Chris elsewhere?

I may have missed something here but how can I know when to transfer funds into my account to invest in a newly drawn down loan?
It seems to me that I will need to keep 1000s in a cash account or MI account on the off chance that underwriters put loan parts up for sale.
If I wait until I see something on the Available loans page it could be too late - not impressed.
