Couple of questions: 1. How do I increase a current bid (guess - you cant) 2. Of my current bids, some were shadow bids, but I cant tell which, nor can I see how to settle a shadow bid ?? 3. what were 'upcoming loans' have gone - OK - but when they finally arrive will existing bid amounts placed on them as pre-bids etc be retained ? (like I set an amount under Llandudno Hotel).
I tried moving a bit of cash over, some of it got eaten which is fair enough, no way of telling to which loans but I think this is in hand.

chris, is the accrued interest listed against live loans intended to reflect the accrued interest for just the current holding in that loan (as it used to) or the accrued interest for the current holding plus any unpaid accrued interest from sold parts of the same loan?

No Auctions so No Bids, you change the (M)AI settings for each loan to buy or sell. 2. Under reports, there are reports to cover legacy bids - No more shadow account, I assume it will be an email process to call in shadow bids. 3. Loan book, browse bids and then apply the appropriate filter

Must be a browser drop off. Or maybe it's to do with your java settings as suggested by Chris elsewhere? Thanks for checking. I tried another browser and there it appeared and then I tried the original and it was there too. I think they are still mucking around with it. More worrying is that I transferred £50 in to that account but now it shows just 6.64 available but according the the statement nothing's been bought since the £50. Edit. And now it's disappeared again!!! This is seriously ?!?!ed up - I'm going to leave it alone before any more money disappears into the ether and before I get too angry. I'd advise everyone to take care and remember what they are doing. Dear oh dear - I'll wait for the dust to settle

I took note first thing this morning of my old total amount. With the new system, the amount showing plus the amount I know I had in live bids is £1.07 short of the old total amount.

There is a seperate statement for each investment account but dont think we have access yet. Chris is working on it

They are currently working on a statement for the investment account that will show the buying and selling of units for us.

I suspect that this is a reporting issue, rather than a financial leak. (And even if it isn't, reading this topic so far at £1 entry fee, plus 1p per page, is bloody good value.)

When apply a filter via the “Filter Results” button in Browse loans, we could do with a header above the “Displaying 1-x of y results” text showing clearly what filter has been applied.
I also found it confusing that the “Search loans” option only searches within the existing filtered loans. Suggest also putting a header in the “search loans” dialog making it clear which filtered results set is being searched.

chris I've had a good look around and been on the tour, but still cannot locate my shadow account - is it hiding? There is no shadow account any more as there's no more bidding. You can see historic bids via the Report menu. All investments are now live cash to buy loan units via the aftermarket, and we have to insist on real deposited cash for compliance reasons (amongst others). chris But how do I manage my existing shadow bids? I have one bid in the "live bids" report and three in the "accepted bids" report, all of which I believe to be shadow bids but I cannot see any way of settling them. Edit: Please could you explain EXACTLY how this will work so that problems do not arise when settlement is required. Among other things, I hope it will not be necessary to re-set all of my auto-investment targets before I settle a bid. You may need a way to take the cash directly out of my cash account rather than my manual loan investments account.

1. I notice that I'm opted out of loans where I've set an investment target of £0. But I don't want to be opted out - I'm just trying to sell my current holding to pay for something else. I don't want to opt out of a loan unless I actually specify. 2. The "Opted-out" heading in the detail loan listing, just sitting there without anything underneath it, makes me think I'm Opted-out of a loan. If I'm not opted-out there should be the word "In" underneath it.

Unfortunately... due to poor weather conditions (and unexpected trip to the dump) there has been a delay in the flying pigs But, proving that anything is possible and good things come to those who wait, here they are now The world famous Piggy squadron! And theyre straight into their signature move, the Ring on the end of his Nose ... as the leader comes across us now, the purple smoke comes on, the crowd appreciating the shade!
Theyll have to remember to change that as theyre off to the Ratesetter thread later, picky crowd, and then hopefully back here later for the H****y Br****g repayment ball And to my left I can see the proud parents Andrew & Chris, looking relieved but happy. Still going to be a busy time for Chris as hopes little AC 2.0 doesnt develop any bugs. Sure he'll be getting lots of help and advice with that!

If I'm not opted-out there should be the word "In" underneath it. Think the opt out is for phase 2 when you can set up bespoke accounts. You will be able to opt out loans that you dont want to invest in but would otherwise meet you investment criteria.

Wouldn't that be something for the Cash Account? i.e. you put your money in there, it doesn't get eaten up by MI and AC can take it to settle the bids?

And damn you for saying that about the search loans. Stuart, our group CEO, wanted me to change it so it worked like you expected but I pushed back saying that the search shouldn't forget the filters you've already applied. Will leave it for now but will definitely review with our UX guy.
