There is no shadow account any more as there's no more bidding. You can see historic bids via the Report menu. All investments are now live cash to buy loan units via the aftermarket, and we have to insist on real deposited cash for compliance reasons (amongst others). chris But how do I manage my existing shadow bids? I have one bid in the "live bids" report and three in the "accepted bids" report, all of which I believe to be shadow bids but I cannot see any way of settling them. Edit: Please could you explain EXACTLY how this will work so that problems do not arise when settlement is required. Among other things, I hope it will not be necessary to re-set all of my auto-investment targets before I settle a bid. You may need a way to take the cash directly out of my main account rathet than my manual loan investments account. I'll double check but my expectation is that you'll just need to leave cash in your cash account and the admin team will settle the bids as required. Remember that no lending is done via your cash balance any more. All your manual investment targets operate off the manual investment balance not your cash balance. So you can transfer cash into your account and nothing can touch it automatically.

1. I notice that I'm opted out of loans where I've set an investment target of £0. But I don't want to be opted out - I'm just trying to sell my current holding to pay for something else. I don't want to opt out of a loan unless I actually specify. 2. The "Opted-out" heading in the detail loan listing, just sitting there without anything underneath it, makes me think I'm Opted-out of a loan. If I'm not opted-out there should be the word "In" underneath it. The "Opted-out" is a display mistake, will get it corrected. The system will be trying to sell everything for you if you set the balance to £0.

Given that quite a lot has changed, so far found it surprisingly easy to navigate my way around. I had avoided Essex BL, but since there was a loan unit for 35p apparently available, out of curiosity I decided to buy it....... How does one get a 35p loan unit ? I like the new filters (at least I believe they are new). Quite intuitive. I just tries to buy the odd 17pence of Coventry Serviced Office, but to no avail. My target is £500 so I increased by 17p, and nothing's happened. Is there a minimum size?

If I'm not opted-out there should be the word "In" underneath it. Think the opt out is for phase 2 when you can set up bespoke accounts. You will be able to opt out loans that you dont want to invest in but would otherwise meet you investment criteria. Half right - we changed the mechanism behind the scenes for how you opt out as you describe, but someone's missed the display on that page.

I've reduced both to be 1p so everything should be saleable and purchasable now.

When you want to increase/decrease your investment target in MI you only get to choose by how much. Nice and easy if you're using round numbers but certainly not user friendly if not. Can you add the new target figure so it's visible (possibly the target figure changes with every keystroke?) before actually applying any changes?

When apply a filter via the “Filter Results” button in Browse loans, we could do with a header above the “Displaying 1-x of y results” text showing clearly what filter has been applied. I also found it confusing that the “Search loans” option only searches within the existing filtered loans. Suggest also putting a header in the “search loans” dialog making it clear which filtered results set is being searched. The filter title is on our to do list. And damn you for saying that about the search loans. Stuart, our group CEO, wanted me to change it so it worked like you expected but I pushed back saying that the search shouldn't forget the filters you've already applied. Will leave it for now but will definitely review with our UX guy. chris, not necessarily saying that you should change the search logic, it should be less of an issue once you've added the filter titles in the search dialog and above the search results. With the search I also found it confusing when I did a search but nothing appeared to happen on screen. I then realised I had to scroll down to see the results of the search. If you're not going to compress the page headers (as most users are requesting) or the dialog box so that some of the search results become visible without scrolling, I suggest adding a message at the top of the search dialog saying something like "Search complete - the search results are displayed below". (I'm viewing on a large high-res monitor with no magnification, so expect this issue afflicts everyone)

I thought that was a good idea but was out voted by the rest of the team. Will bring it up as part of our UX review over the next few days as it's easy to add as a third option.

We'll likely either compress the header or use some other visual queue to show that you need to scroll to see the results.

Anybody else tried adding the 'Interest for UK Tax Year' figure to the top of the Dashboard and got a peculiar number? If I've really only had £2.90 interest this tax year I'm giving up now

If I've really only had £2.90 interest this tax year I'm giving up now It should say for last year - there was a ticket that someone's marked as completed but failed to upload the change. I'll chase it up. We're still working on a live figure for the current year as it's going to need an element of caching for performance reasons.

well I managed to buy it according to the system (now in my loans and no longer available for sale). I might try selling it again as I was never particularly interested in this one. But then again, if I hold onto it I might remain the only person ever to have bought a 35p loan unit on AC. Ah I wasn't thinking straight. If you set your target higher than £1 then it would hoover up anything available. I set my target @ precisely 35p: I didn't want to risk over exposure in the event that something else came onto the market.....

A scary thing. When I looked through my "Your loans" list I found that I had targets for the Hackney and Ipswich bridging loans of £2,500 and £2,000 respectively, with a nil holding in both. I was pretty sure I'd turned off autoinvest for these loans, or set the target to nil, weeks ago.
Panic! How do I turn this off? I went to the main loans listing which would not let me. It insisted my targets were already zero.
Then it dawned on me. My "Your loans" list is showing me my targets for the original loans (67 and 73), which have been "repaid" by the extension loans. Surely they should not be in the list?
