I'll stay out of #307 too. Waiting to lend to somebody selling plutonium to ISIS.

306 went live at 5pm. It's now half past six and none of it has been distributed; at least not in my direction. How long does it take these days?

lynnanthony I seem to have got £60.60 on each of my MLIA & GBBA accounts at 20.07. Almost feel rich now. Never bothered looking at the details before but seems the "old id" number of both these loan parts purchased is the same, which implies I bought them from the same origin (QAA most likely as the underwriter). Not sure why the QAA would want to hold them for 3 hours (or why a small loan should take 3 hours to release), someone with more expertise on AC's system & the shraplenator may be able to shed some light. I also got the full £300 requested via MLIA on 308 at 13.49 (& nothing on GBBA), so no idea what the MLIA cut-off was. As an 8% (vs the similar sized 306 9%) that suggests AC allocate MLIA holdings based on yield, even when the LTV is lower (47 vs 61%). And QAA cuts out the GBBA (even on a day when there are 4 GBBA eligible loans drawing, which you'd imagine would be an excellent opportunity for those waiting to get funds deployed on GBBA to get good pickings.) Both phenomena slightly surprising, but AC no doubt have their reasons. Got a much better share of plutonium yesterday. Almost glowing (flourescent green) with satisfaction ;-)

152 gone 0%. What a quiet weekend in spite of having buy orders on 49 loans, not a single nibble since midday Friday. I am trying to slowly transfer funds out of the repaying windfarms and am grateful for the delayed repayment date to enable, I hope, an orderly transfer of funds.

Loan 45 Leeds Commercial Property has been suspended and a lender vote conducted.
Lenders are asked to vote for one of the two following options. As per our terms and conditions, the vote is based on the value of holdings in a loan and not one lender, one vote.
Option A Make demand on the loan as a pre-cursor to appointing LPA Receivers over the property. We would tender for the appointment of LPA Receivers and thereafter request their strategy to achieve the best realisations of the property. The property was valued in November 2013 at a Market Value subject to a Special Assumption of vacant possession of £2.215m. We anticipate LPA Receivers’ fees would be 3%-5% of realisations. Under this option, interest would accrue at default rate on the whole loan, following the conclusion of the vote.
Option B Provide further time to the Borrower until the end of November 2016 to redeem the loan in full. Under this option, interest would accrue at default rate on unpaid amounts only, following the conclusion of the vote.
The vote will close at 12noon on Friday 29 July 2016. Trading in loan units in this loan has been suspended pending the outcome of the vote. Investment targets have been disabled.
I've only got £100 invested in this. Do I not get a vote due to the small amount lent? As a lender, I've neither been notified of a vote, nor do I have any visible opportunity to vote.
If I lose £100, lesson learned, and I'll be sticking to the 30 day access. But can someone tell me what's going on?

I have recieved the email with a similar investment level (MLIA). I suggest contacting AC to see why you havent received the vote email (I assume youve checked spam) The discussion of the merits of the options will probably get discussed in the pink pages rather than here

Found the email in my spam. Recently installed Thunderbird for all my emails, but it doesn't tell me when I've got spam. My usual AC emails don't go to spam so not sure why the vote email did.
Anyway, I assume that as most of the loan has been repaid, and the building taken as security is worth over £2m, that most of us should get our money back?

Erm, none of the loan has been repaid and the interest is in arrears The value of the security has potentially decreased because it doesnt have a tenant (may not have a tenant), LTV is also quite high and commercial property market has just been hit by Brexit uncertainty, so its fingers crossed

I also got the full £300 requested via MLIA on 308 at 13.49 (& nothing on GBBA), so no idea what the MLIA cut-off was. I got my full £750 requested via MLIA on 308 so the MLIA cut -off was probably higher.

God and AC move in mysterious ways, their miracles to perform. My wife got £500 (which she requested) and I got zero! How the hell does it work?

If I was AC I think I would make sure wives get the options first.... if I turn on the BBC all I get is women banging on about women's rights, positive discrimination in favour of women, more women needed in the boardrooms, more women presidents, more women in parliament, more women taking the decisions - it's all about women! All the leaders of all the political parties in the UK are women (and that seems likely to include UKIP). * Seems to me the men will soon have only one role in the world, and the women won't have time for that because they will so busy organising everything. But the plus might be that we start to decrease our excessive population levels, so i should not whinge too much about women taking over. But I'll still whinge about AC's discrimination against me! And for months now the spare cash in my MLIA is left there and not allocated to the QAA despite numerous requests to get this bug fixed. *Forgot about Labour, but they don't seem like a political party at the moment.
