B******* LIMITED Estimated drawdown date 04/09/2020 'This loan is coming soon. Investments will not be processed until the loan has drawn down'. But a good sign with AC commencing lending again. Shape of things to come. Looks as though it is available now. Thanks, I've just grabbed some with a 0.5% discount. It will be interesting to see if the Access Accounts buy into this loan.

The answer to that is OBVIOUSLY NO ;-) But then again we all thought 90 days was three months not two!!! :-( Anyway, from the QnA for #1281 regarding this particular point and this particular loan: ”No, the Access Accountss cannot presently fund new loans. They can only continue to fund loans they are already committed to e.g further tranches in Development Loans.”My bold (where and when was this stated) ?

Looks as though it is available now. Thanks, I've just grabbed some with a 0.5% discount. 0.5% is a nice unexpected bonus. It's good to see that lending has re-started. Despite being stuck in GEA&GBBA (mainly in 227 and I**) I've never lost confidence in AC.

Well it's a repeat internal refinance of a retained interest loan internally refinanced previously.
The amount borrowed has doubled and the interest rate has risen rather than fallen.
Cash extracted by principals at each point.
