So annoying when a sensible, mature discussion gets hijacked by people making comments that would barely be fit to exist in the Dad Jokes section. By copy could I ask the moderators to ensure this thread is trunkated. Request declined - even though like you I am sycamore of this.

I should add that while one might opine that a number of these rather wooden posts should be transplanted to another thread, fir your information no forum rules have actually been breached. So it would require a root and branch review of the rules, on which the mods would have to conifer. Though I'm in no doubt it would spruce things up. What do yew think ?

Yorkshire Mixed Use Estate has appeared in the pipeline. Loan for £1,392,000 LTV 61%.
It's not mentioned in the weekly update but it is at stage 4 and has number 034.
