Does anybody have an 'inkling'/hunch, as to when any of these loans is likely to be open for lenders?

Well the two Sussex ones have a deadline of the 18th according to the latest update, otherwise no, all depends on legals & duedil but I would predict something in the next 10 days

I preferred the 18% deadline, much more attractive.

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

I'm pretty sure it's PBL024 that was withdrawn 6 months ago. You'll find it under the "repaid loans" tab.

I note that in document for PBL024, the following; "The survey report states an open market value of £2.2m, however we have made our credit decision based on the 180 day sale value of £1.87m to give additional comfort." The £2.2m valuation, is the indication for me, that IMHO, I think you are SPOT ON. Well spotted.

Is this a week where we might get a few of the upcoming loans at stage 4 going live?

I suspect we will be getting some this week, but it's nothing more than suspicion. I've been picking up scrap on the secondary market and boy, what an education that has been. There have been times where the loan on offer is gone within five minutes of showing up!

Almost literally blink and you miss it. There as one for 3500 that was gone within 15 seconds of me seeing it. I suspect that while demand is this high certain issues such as overseas lenders not getting text messages will not be a priority for SS.

However I do keep seeing SS advertising for lenders, which seems to be loading up the 'wrong' side of the balance for where we are right now. Hopefully this means they know that they have a deluge of high quality loans about to reach the platform!
