Depends if they have increased capacity. I'm pretty sure there were >202 people trying to log-in at that time...

I think the 202 online refers to this forum, rather than the Saving Stream website.

To be fair, I didn't make it fully clear in my original post, but the attachment clears any ambiguity. Attachments:

For the next offering on the pipeline loans, just thinking things through… The last time it was noticed that there had been an update on the system; After months of being out of date the Pipeline Loans list has been renewed: 12 days later, on the 18th August 2015, they became open for funding from lenders. So following that ‘line of thought’; Heads up on this. £6,070,820 now in stage 4. 12 days later, will be on the 6th September 2015… Does anybody have a definitive date? Or another insight as to when?

The last loans were mentioned in the update 4/8 when it was clearly stated that they had to go live by the 18th, so that date was pretty predictable. Lancashire farm loan was stage 4 for months and never launched. Dont think you can apply any theories or logic to it, they are launched when legals are done & we all know how variable that can be. Edit: 6th is a Sunday so that aint going to work

Edit: 6th is a Sunday so that aint going to work Thank you for the post. Perhaps Monday the 7th Sept, or Tuesday 8th Sept? However, as you have noted, "Dont think you can apply any theories or logic to it, they are launched when legals are done & we all know how variable that can be".

Quite a few things coming though this week. More details to follow in Tuesday update.
Please remember that it has been August and most lawyers and borrowers have had at least a little well deserved holiday.

I'm sure lawyerws will have had holiday, and probably more than just a little. How well deserved is a more moot point..... [apologies to any member of the legal profession reading this].

Some lawyers (commercial), may well have been able to afford luxury holidays. The majority will not. The repetitive and swinging cuts imposed on the legal aid system in the last few years have been crippling for most. My criminal lawyer son drives a 15 year old battered Ford Focus and can't afford to stay in the profession due to the next round of cuts coming into force in January. He closed his office last Friday and won't be having a holiday.

As a taxpayer I welcome savings to the legal aid budget as the system has been grossly abused for many years, why should the majority be exploited by a minority? When the UK’s legal aid budget was £2 billion (€2.6 billion) compared with France’s £290 million (€367 million) and Germany’s £272 million (€345 million) something is clearly wrong. Council of Europe report quoted here: www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/law-and-order/11149868/Britain-has-largest-legal-aid-budget-in-Europe-says-report.htmlHaving said that, I wish your son well.

Thank you for the 'heads up' for the interesting developments for today, Tuesday 1st September 2015. With PLL54 now coming on 'Saving Stream', it looks like it will be an interesting day today and for the next few days ahead.

Thanks for the good wishes, but for balance, what you should have added was: "The inquisitorial system used in Europe means that the cost of investigations falls more on judges’ budgets than lawyers and so countries’ systems cannot be compared like for like."
