Exactly. My mobile is with lebara. Running on vodaphone. I had been with vodaphone about 15 years and they wouldn't budge on price. I believe voxi is also vodaphone.

Virgin Media switched the line without warning. Be warned. They don’t give a shxt about the date of switching.
The line has been switched to digital voice. Atm, can receive calls, but dialing tone doesn’t work 99% of the time.

Back toCommunity Fibre experience. Customer service and installation services are currently outsourced. Customer service based in SA. Fibre cabe used by CF are really cheap, not as good as Hyperopttic’s cable Planning to test Voda and see it serves my purpose better.

Meanwhile, the standard hub from Community Fibre doesn’t have great coverage. I need to find more toys for better coverage. Signals can’t pass through bathroom with thick stones.

Still won't be watching that drivel. Surfing the net is instant now. Prob what most folk have had for years lol. Even thinking of a new smart TV adwe will be able to use it properly without the buffering.
I bought the 5g hub as it was same price as 4g. We can use it in the motorhome as well so very happy.
Giving sky notice was pain free. No hard sell . Just have to ship sky box back.

Contract expiry date 18th, swap over date 18th all went well 25th Plusnet take the new £47.99 payment I ring up this morning when I spot it "you can manage this in your account" says message on phone, try to login "no customer with those details" Ring up again,, my account is no more as I'm not a customer so can't do it online, explain and young man says "Ah yes, because you switch over date was your expiry date the system "decided" to take a payment even though it was cancelled from that date, it's not a problem in about 10 days time we will issue a final bill which will be £0, then a week or 10 days later the system will know you have left us and a few days after that the money will refund to your account.
Then when I come off the phone they email me with a survey "how likely are you to recommend plusnet"

Has anyone had any experience of Cuckoo ? I'm currently with Zen, who in general I have nothing but good to say about. We were due to be switched over to full fibre now that CityFibre have finally dragged us into the new world. However, its been a mess - primarily CityFibre's fault, but part of the benefit of Zen has been there ability to deal with e.g. BT/Openreach - and it still hasn't happened.
We were doorstepped today by Cuckoo (well my wife was - I took a call while out at the supermarket......). Costs were lower, and perhaps crucially he talked a good talk re. support. And mentioned there relationship with Octopus, and that in 12 months they were going to be re-branded as Octopus BBand (or similar), and there will be bundled discounted deals*.
*This latter story doesn't quite stack up in line with what he was telling me, which may or may not be an issue: most likely its a case of a bit of a "marketing gap" or 'aspirational selling' so to speak. (I have found the relationship between Octopus Energy Group, Kraken and Cuckoo and it isn't quite what he was saying).

LOL as in Cuckoo use KRAKEN for CRM
Kraken built by Octopus, and is becoming the defacto standard CRM for Utility companies

I hate Plusnet !
They charged me see above Today they've issued a bill, which I can see in my account, except I can't because despite using the correct password It won't let me in, so I reset password, still won't let me in. CS tell me as I'm no longer a customer the account is locked and I can't see it, and can't get their mighty brains round the fact that my final bill is sent to an account I can't see So I can't check it or dispute it, and they can't see that their is a problem
