Personally, if we can live in a much better world where not only binary options are available for major democratic decision for change like Trump vs Biden, or Conservative vs Labour.
Please brighten up me up. Why do we have to stuck we terrible choices which doesn't make our world better.

One can live in one place whole his life and still have not clear understanding of it . Time has not much to do with understanding . Supporting either Putin or Trump is a wrongdoing. Are you suggesting that the millions of people is the US whop will vote against Biden are wrong. I know a couple of Democrats in the US who will vote Trump as they see Harris as invisible, and Biden as incapable, watch when Biden speaks in public he is obviously parroting what is being fed to him. looks what happens when he is allowed to speak, he made a comment "I appointed Johnson to the Academy, I just want you to know that." when it gets no reaction he said "Clap for that, you stupid bastards." people would slaughter Trump or anyone else who said that. "Are you suggesting that the millions of people is the US whop will vote against Biden are wrong" - Yes "I know a couple of Democrats in the US who will vote Trump" - they also on the wrong side Biden has his age , yes . The mind in not there , yes it is age but . . . its what behind Biden . Dont you ever think that if Trump gets to power it will make things better . It Will Not . Non of those guys are perfect fit and there probably never going to be one. Biden does mistakes with his speeches , Trump , its just plain . . . ( and you can put here any derogatory word you can think of )

In the UK, we do have. It's very, very rare that a constituency only has two candidates to choose from. In 2019, candidates from other parties got just under quarter of the vote. In the US, anybody outside the main parties can stand for president - but it tends to be cost-prohibitive. Can't happen, it's in the constitution to be President of Vice President you must be a natural-born US citizen . Nor being an octogenarian, nor banging on the door of being one. I know you can stand for president while in jail, but I thought there were issues with actually being sworn in if you were still behind bars.

Binary option countries such as these cause polarisation as issued become captured by and identified with one side or the other. In proportional representation countries, issues are supported in common across groups of parties so issues tend to be less politicised.
