I'm stunned that an organisation as slick and smooth as they present themselves to be in general can repeatedly throw stuff at its users that's as shoddy as this. Either they consider active lenders to be completely disposable, and therefore care not one jot for our perceptions of the site, or they are incapable of making even basic changes to their site without making mistakes. Neither of those options bodes well.

My Summary page is also snafu, meaning there's no way to look at Loans or Bids or Comments at all.

There is no formatting at all on mine. Have they ever heard of something called a sandbox? You should not experiment on the live page. They got bored of the office sandbox and replaced it with the ping-pong table

Neither of those options bodes well. Arbster, it is obvious you haven't been with FC for long enough. Otherwise you would know they don't care a jot for active lenders. If they care, they would not dump the worst wholesale loan rejects as A or even A+. They wouldn't allow presentations from one sentence. There wouldn't be discrepancies of all sorts.

I resent that .. I'm an amateur (coder), and I wouldn't give this lot houseroom, not to pick up the chad off the carpet. 8>. They appear to have misplaced all their .css files as well as (yesterday) all the image files. Doubtless it's not their fault (nothing ever is, nobody ever gets hung drawn and quartered), it'll be that evil server farm they use.

Perhaps I should have used the words of Geoffrey Boycott and say "my grandmother could do a better job with a stick of celery and an orange". Or would that offend your grandmother?

Nah, that'd be OK. I wasn't really offended, but AMATEURS are generally people who do a halfway good (or sometimes even better) job for no pay .. this lot are exactly the other end of the spectrum, a cr&p job for probably way-too-much-pay-and-bonuses. The firefighters on the helpline work very hard, but then they get a lot of practise.

Neither of those options bodes well. I think I know what is happening. Do you remember when they were launching the fixed rates they said that it works in America so they want to do it here too? Probably this is how they fix websites in America.

This is really poor. I have moved back to FC in part because I think thought it had a low platform risk. In which case I don't mind the lower rate. However this is making me think again. They should be able to revert to last night's version (or a slightly earlier one) during working hours much quicker than this. If the problem is with images being served by cloudfront or some other external service, similarly they should be able to cut over to serving their own pictures relatively easily - they aren't running instagram or netflix!
