Here's a good one (may be an old one but I've only just noticed it): after clicking on My Loan Parts/More detail, see what all subsequent clicking on More detail or Less detail does. So at Friday Cafeteria more really does mean less Yes I saw that too. Now how did they manage to mess that up? Incroyable !

Is it just me or has FC's website ground to a halt? Its even slower than RebS website used to be and that takes some doing!!

Very slow for me plus the Funds summary panel didn't fully load. All I got was 'Lent'. My bids and available balance was missing. On the plus side though the loan requests page is now sorting correctly by date. J

... been frustrating all afternoon. And now my "available funds" is wrong. I recall this happens occasionally and sometimes sorts itself out - How long should I leave it?

On the plus side though the loan requests page is now sorting correctly by date. J Hmmm it's not working for me ! If I go to another page and then return to the loan requests page it does n't remember (as it used to) the setting and I have to re-sort. Again, in the past, when I first went onto the loan request page it used to be pre-sorted oldest date at the top and it took just one click to get the newest date to the top. Now, it initially goes to some random sort and then I have to click twice to get the newest date to the top. Is it behaving differently for you?

i think Fervently Complying may believe the regulator requires them never to log in to their own website even on a test server, so they have to guess what it might do, wear a blindfold or wait for people to email customer service and try to solve problems by imagining what the lenders are describing ...

Average response time as I was trying to bid on a loan - 20 seconds! I could understand if there was an E (or even a D) up there at the time, but there was not. "Pathetic" is the only word I can think of that I would want to use before the watershed.

There was a 30k ish E maybe an hour or so ago, managed to get to the page when only 20% funded, oo I've got a piece thinks me. But due to the ferocity of the bidding bots the response time slowed to a crawl and it seems I wasn't quick enough. My hair now looks like yours acky. I looked quite normal before I started investing in FC!
Interesting you couldn't get that E. I got to the page when about 70% funded and managed to get in 3 bids which I was very surprised at, as I wouldn't normally get close to a small E. It struck me that bidding was very slow for an E, so I suppose most people were like you and done for by the response times.

I don't know whether to be pleased or worried by this announcement on the summary page.

I'm quite pleased to note (I think) that my maximum exposure to one borrower is 211% of my lent amount.
Ultimate diversity criminal?

Still crawlingly slow for me, and it really seems to be hitting the SM, would be a bit fed up if I didn't have Cheltenham as a distraction I've only sold 4 loan parts today, and usually sell 50+. Are they perhaps doing some intensive data migration for their shiny new updates?

Today's "If it ain't broke, fiddle with it 'til it is broke" victim appears to be the loan requests page. For me, it isn't showing the little hammer and pie symbols next to the loans. Particularly misleading for me because I use the (lack of) pie on property loans to indicate a brand new borrower, rather than a refinance/later tranche/etc. When I first went into the page, the list seemed to be in a random order, too, although I could fix this by clicking on the Time Left column header (helpfully it doesn't remember this setting though). I don't recall it being sortable before, so presumably this is the new feature they're trying to add, breaking a genuinely useful feature in the process. I don't remember seeing the amounts shown as .00 only as pounds. Perhaps that was the change. But yes want to see return of the hammer. Very useful. And the pence have disappeared ! What are they doing ?

Are they perhaps doing some intensive data migration for their shiny new updates? Same for me. Autobodge buying on the SM as normal, but sales to manual bidders were a small proportion of the norm. Investors clearly have better things to do with their lives than watching the spinning wheel of doom for interminable periods.

For the last half hour getting a big fat '500 internal server error' on the 'loan parts' page.... Jack P Raise you by 4 on that - '504 Gateway time out' after a few minutes of the spinning doughnut. And can't get to the Transfer Money page either. And the Summary page only partially loads. Sell page gives 502 Bad Gateway. Only the Loan Requests seems to be working. F****** C***!
