In looking at the Hackney repayment schedule today, it struck me that the interest-only payments are 1.75%/month. If the lenders are getting 1%, then AC are taking quite a slice for their fee and monitoring charge. The Ipswich deal is even better for AC -- 1.75%/month interest and a fee on top of that.
I don't think we need to worry very hard that the underwriters' fees might be putting too much pressure on AC's margin!

IN EDIT It looks like those 'Ackney units have reappeared, U/Wers total £302k.

Big chunk of Bo***n units on AM units seem to be picked up @ a steady pace though. From about £25K down to £18.5k in space of few minutes.

Seems like underwriters letting go of some of their Re****ch. £44,100 or 441 units out of £134k or 1340 units in total held by U/W Thanks U/W.
