FC Comment: This loan is being de-listed as we await formal documentation from the borrower's. This loan will be re-listed once formal documentation has been received. Thanks, FC The borrower's what...? Or can they not even master basic punctuation? That'll be Fallaciou's Capital's office monkey who post's all these comment's. Can't expect much el'se really. I wonder whether S'amir ha's ever cared about the reliability of his 'staff, there are 'so many error's. Not jus't in the profe's'sionali'sm of they who maintain the page's we 'see too. They have been full of mi'stake's for year's. Why 'should we ju'st tru'st that the re'st of hi's 'set up i's run more carefully? Not overmuch evidence of it. Thats my a's'se's'sment. My money from 17133 will also now be withdrawn from the platform. MT need's it. I have withdrawn nearly £6K in the last two months. . . . . Wot do you mean Im ju'st a's bad?

I withdrew £1000 from my current account (earning 4pc interest) to put into this loan. Now I have to send it back to the bank and it won't be received until Tuesday probably - so one and a half weeks' lost interest. This is so bloody annoying. Who's paying you 4%pa on your current account if I may ask?

I currently park funds at Santander (3% £20k). I opened up TSB and Nationwide accounts which I have never bothered to use because of the small £ limits, but always on the lookout for other alternatives.

Uxbridge 8 released at 1% CB (17435). Every other tranche so far has had 2% CB, but this is the smallest (£112k). There's a lot of Uxbridge out there - will they get this away at 1%? Probably, but not to me.

There are currently 10 property loans on the PM, total about £2.7m. All but the Harley Street Dog are at 1% CB. Surely they'll need to up the CB on one or two of these to get them all away. I'm sitting on cash to see who flinches first! Doesn't bode well for Autobodge feeding on the SM in the foreseeable!

Nothing fits the bill. 17437 will need the three cee bee to cross the line. 17483 may flip.

And now I have blown my cover, b*gg*r!

A lot of 15844 offered at 4% discount on SM am I missing something ? Bought some anyway !
Seller is FC Property Finance sold/selling in excess of £30,000.
Why now? Why such a discount ?

Why now? Why such a discount ? I was going to ask who the seller is. That's interesting. It's early enough in the loan term that I'd just treat it as a bit of a (Christmas) bonus.
