at least he has paid the interest up to date so but you wonder how long behind it was and how much behind others are SS have told me (and others) that as soon as interest ceases to be sent by the borrower, that the loan defaults. This update does question whether that is true or not, and how many other loans are in the same boat.

The update makes it sound like that he owed a bit not just a months worth.

You get the bottle of brandy... it's an empty bottle but it's yours  The director of PBL040 has used the PBL018 address as his correspondence address on one of his appointments. Also (according to an old ilmoro update) PBL18 is connected PBL17 & 16, but I'm not entirely sure how.
