... or could it mean that a greater proportion of loans are being offered first as whole loans?

They do alter the ratio between whole and partial to suit 'market' conditions. It is random within that.

Down to zero at the moment. I wonder if we'll see some nice loans today? I could do with somewhere to park cash from my SM sales over the weekend.

You could park it on my remaining SM offerings... (mostly property loans at par value on almost identical terms to the ones that they have no trouble getting filled on the primary market - henley 3 in particular). Also, as long as you don't blink and miss it, I'll be listing my last few remaining "older" 'A' and 'B' loans at 14%+ rates for sale in about 15 minutes... with 3% premium of course, giving buyer rates of 12-13% ish...

Astonishingly, they don't all seem to have been grabbed by bots (or quick-fingered individuals) the moment I listed them. I wonder if there's a delay in FC's systems - as the system no longer lets you look at the secondary market when not logged in, and actively hides your own loan parts from you, it's hard to check - if anyone else sees this before I edit to confirm everything sold, can you actually see anything when searching for A or B loans with a buyer rate over 12.0%?
Edit: Can't be sure exactly when it occurred as I was busy with other things, but they all sold now.

I suspect bots are looking for discounted parts, or parts at higher buyer rates and low or nil premiums, rather than parts at high buyer rates and high premiums. The luxury hotel sold while I was reading the loan pages.

The luxury hotel sold while I was reading the loan pages. Also depends where you draw the line about what defines a "bot". Some buyers names have been showing up sufficiently often (and sufficiently quickly after listing for sale) while I've been gradually disposing of similar loan parts that I'm sure they're using at least some level of automation (even if it's just automatically monitoring the list of loans for sale so they can manually buy it on cue - something than can be done with widely-available browser plugins and no "programming"). I was personally grouping these within the "(or quick-fingered individuals)" category, together with unassisted buyers who just happen to be logged on and looking at the right time.

Hi SL75
As someone going boss eyed staring at and refreshing the SM page I'd be interested in the plug-ins you mentioned. I'm presuming they auto-refresh the page quickly, or are they flashier than that. Any chance of pointing this computer illiterate towards a plug-in?
Cheers

Any chance of pointing this computer illiterate towards a plug-in? I'm sure there are various plugins for various browsers to do that kind of thing, and google will undoubtedly find something suitable for your configuration. For firefox, there's a plugin called "check4change" that I've used when I need to check for something changing on a web page. Note that high frequency refreshes and/or regular refreshes over an extended period are likely to be interpreted by web servers as a form of attack, so always be cautious with configured refresh times and/or how long you leave it running.

And for FC use the SM 'sort order' which puts newest listed loan parts at the top, of course.

Whether it's related to FC staff being huddled in a meeting most of the afternoon, I'm not sure, but the number of unfilled loan requests is thinning out rapidly and it's only Friday afternoon. Looks like it might be a great weekend to dispose of unwanted loan parts!

All loans filled over the weekend. It's now 10:50 on a Monday morning and the cupboard is still bare. Funding Complete then!
