Really struggling to sell part of a loan part. The slide bar is impossible to move to the desired amount and unlike the old site, I can't enter the amount manually using the keyboard.
Chrome on Android tablet.

stevioAre you operating on a tablet or phone? Works OK on laptop and mouse. Any slowness is the same for all of us, but I did get one part on my buying test (and sell it, so someone is also succeeding. (There are probably about ten of us testing to buy every loan part immediately it appears, so I expect some nurk to get in and grab it before me sometimes!)

Thanks Grumpy, it used to update you by the time you went into the loan that it had been filled by not letting you invest, this system seems to let you in, put in the amount, sit there for 30 seconds as it waits to see who the website will be slowest for, then says "ahh ha, fooled you!' I can't see a single thing that is an improvement - EVERYTHING has just got worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like you weren't the only one. The investor activity shows that it was picked up by three people. Given that the activity now appears to shows sales as well as purchases, it seems not to be the case that someone bought and sold the part as a test. Maybe the multiple purchase problem has not been fixed but we just can't see the negative availability anymore. It will be interesting to see if/when you sell your 67p whether it goes on sale or just gets repaid to you. It sold OK too, almost instantly (PBL55 for those that are looking). My purchase is the 2nd of the 3 67p transactions listed, and presumably my re-sale is the 3rd. I hope the 1st transaction was someone else buying it who then sold it immediately to me ("pass the crumb") and not a duplicated purchase ... That's interesting. There is a previous transaction showing as -£150, so I was assuming that sales were now being shown in the list. But clearly your sale wasn't shown as there is no -£0.67. I now note that the investor with the -£150 was t********1, who was also reported to have bought some of the Welsh nursing home in the pipeline. So I'm guessing that t*********1 is a Savingstream account and sales are not being shown.

And now the site seems to have crashed and I've just got a blank page??? I think they've left the country, defeated Well, they might not have, but I already have which may attribute to the slowness as I'm on 3G here, but even so ..... the old site was fine. After 10 mins of refreshing I managed to log out and go and do something else. Having just logged in again it doesn't seem much faster. I'm looking forward to seeing if I've got the remotest chance of buying on the SM anyone fancy passing that 67p around again, or is ogwellian still struggling to sell it?

The pipeline loans used to show stage and docs in the main listing. Now you have to click through to the page for the individual loan (and even then the stage info seems to be missing). Better the way it was before as that let you get a quick overview of how things were progressing across all the loans on the pipeline loans front page.
I'd second all comments about information density. This is particularly bad where there's an explanatory banner as well e.g., "These are the projects no longer available ..." which pushes all the data you're interested in further down the page. The banners aren't really necessary - even for a new user, pretty much all the info that the banner gives is included in title of the tab and columns in the table e.g., the "Live loans" page has "£0" in the available column for every loan and if you're wondering where the loans are with availability, oh look - there's a tab called "Available loans" ... no explanatory banner necessary.
Finally, I find the colours too bright. Particularly the green (which also gives a blue/green combo that's remarkably similar to the blue/green combo at MT and FS ... what is it with p2p sites using that same shade of lurid green?) I think the previous dark blue was much better both for distinctive branding and easier on the eyes for a site that primarily needs to display data clearly.

Multiple tabs? Much too much like hard work. One tab and a Firefox add-on. I confess to having acquired three loan parts, increasing my personal Saving Stream fortune by £324.17. And they weren't just to test the site - I'm keeping them!

- one might hope we'd get these separated figures for the loans we hold sometime soon. Yes, we might, are we expecting it?

One tab and a Firefox add-on. I was accused of being a bot earlier this week when using this method...

Thanks SS for trying but the negatives far out weigh the positives. The only real improvement is seeing how much you in total in a particular loan.
Making the website "pretty" should have been reserved for the front end and the account section like a simple control panel to get all data quick and easily from one page..
1) Really wanted to easily see interest accrued to date and ALSO each month. 2) Why not list all loans, why bother to have a view all? 3) Get rid of the light grey font (just use dark grey or black) and please reduce picture and font size. Highlight the column with investment in. Pictures are great as I can recall which loan it is quickly without reading but the old website size was better. 4) Do I buy from the Available Loan Page or the Live Loan Page? 5) Why have a Tile list for the investments? Who in their right mind would use that over a list as your eye has to constantly scan around rather than in one direction with a list? 6) From the live loan page I should be able to get all the data quickly. I can see how much I have invested but not the interest. I can sell but have to click on it and then scroll down to another section to see my live loan parts. Or get it on the My loans page.
Everything could just link from a single page like the Live Loan Parts page if this just contained a list of all loans. If you have none invested in a PBL that can be easily seen. When a loan comes up you could buy from that page.
This website looks like a fashion shop website and I really don't like it. Hope the above is seen as constructive criticism. I have multiple loan parts and a very large sum invested (big hitter amount) but the user experience has worsened and no notice was taken of suggestions. For busy people the effort involved doesn't seem worth it now.

Works fine for me, it was quite slow earlier but that was probably lots of folk trying out the new site.
Sold a £100 part in next to no time, so clearly folk are finding their way around OK.
It is a bit more spaced out than I consider ideal but that seems to apply to most sites these days, modern design objective seems to be to cater primarily for fat fingered fumbling rather than laser guided mouse pointing.
The main change that I wanted was loan part aggregation and that is here now, some displays are not sortable by clicking on the column heading which is mildly disappointing.

Someone/s have been listening, and I have succeeded in buying one of the now many available penny shares . Thanks, have now managed to list said purchase into the bargain, so hopefully it'll go soon. On the whole the process seemed rather clunky, probably because of speed and scrolling, but at least I managed - might not be so lucky in a first to the draw but still. One thing I did notice though, I was poised on the available loans tab, and it refreshed itself when something became available - no intervention from me . In Edit, and sold yeah!
