Likewise. Trying to buy and continually processing. Bloody frustrating as don't know if should attempt again, just be patient or just give up.
some seem able to buy. Put part loan up for sale to clear nursing home deficit and was gone in 2 minutes. My account updated and cleared deficit. Parts seem to be working well whilst others are painful.

The website's not completely stuck; The available loans list hasn't moved but there's a new one on the pipeline which has just accepted me entering a pre-fund amount.
BTW - the loan part behind the spinny-thing hasn't registered (yet?)

Talking of emails, is there anyway to stop the confirmations? I really don't need an email whenever I manage to buy 0.14 on the market.

Something's happening - one of my parts has just "sold" and been credited to my balance I just hope that not ALL of my attempted purchases go through awk : Well, it wasn't me who made the purchase -- my window is still showing the symbol going 'round and 'round. Just like the software, I guess, chasing its tail. What are the chances that the purchase actually was made much earlier today and it's only now that it has appeared in your account. When I look at the list of available loans, it doesn't seem to have changed very much, if at all, in the last half-hour -- or possibly more. I don't know whether or not to close the "We're currently processing your investment" window and resubmit my request, the risk being that I might lose my place in the processing queue -- if there is such a thing. savingstream : Have our purchase requests been captured and held pending the website being patched enough to deal with them? Or should we forget about any requests we've already submitted and start submitting new ones? Or are we wasting our time trying to do anything until the website is reset and restarted? I had sold a whole bunch of things and was just missing one sale of PBL25 when it all went t1t5 up. During the following hour or so, the amount of PBL25 available kept rising, but I assumed that I was fairly near the top of the list. So, I'm assuming that they are working through the backlog of transactions and processed a purchase which released my sale?

Thank you GSV,
Re item 1. I have had a quick look for my hard drive, and it is missing, I can only conclude it must be spinning away safely in one of those other dimensions or hiding in some kind of cyberspace. Re item 2. Thank you for offering, but I've just been contacted by some nice people at Talk Talk, and they assure me they are on the case.

I have a couple of questions... 1. Will the 'eccentric rotation wobble' set up some sort of vibration and damage my laptop hard drive? 2. If I leave it running, and do something else on my machine, does it keep spinning around in the background? Maybe if I opened it up in another tab I could sneak up on it and find out? 1) That depends on the rotation frequency of your Harddrive .. there may be some risk of 'beating' if the frequencies are too close (you are safe if you have one of those new-fangled SSDs which rotate in dimensions 7 thru 10). From inspection only really old hard drives are likely to be at risk .. single sided 8" FDDs are doomed for sure. 2) If you'd just like to post your login credentials we can remote-desktop into your machine from here and have a look for you. We will fix any obvious system errors while we are there and clean outup your accounts for you too. 8>. I disagree with you. I have an SSD so there is no hard disk rotation. I think it has to do with quantum mechanics and the spin of electrons.

You can tell they are a British company, lets do a makeover and make it look nicer and forget to make it do the job it is meant to In that case they can't possibly be sufficiently British, as they forgot to make it look remotely 'nicer'!
