I can't STAND all this intolerence I'm sorry but I find your stance on intolerance (never mind the spelling ) COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and think you should transfer ALL of your intolerance to another platform. Is it for sale on the SM? Please can I buy it?

it's quite refreshing watching the 'processing' symbol chasing it's own arse much better than the staid 'all loans are fully funded' graphic I find it mildly irritating. I notice it is not perfectly centred and the rotation wobbles. I hope it is not indicative of the other work done by the developers. Most amusing is that the file is called spinner.png and if you check into the source code there is the apt line; animation; >spinner is infinite ~linear

You can tell they are a British company, lets do a makeover and make it look nicer and forget to make it do the job it is meant to

Something's happening - one of my parts has just "sold" and been credited to my balance
I just hope that not ALL of my attempted purchases go through

oh dear! looks like we've overworked the poor thing - now getting a 'server not responding' message - or perhaps it's just because I was rude about them

Will the 'eccentric rotation wobble' set up some sort of vibration and damage my laptop hard drive? 2. If I leave it running, and do something else on my machine, does it keep spinning around in the background? Maybe if I opened it up in another tab I could sneak up on it and find out?

Maybe if I opened it up in another tab I could sneak up on it and find out? 1) That depends on the rotation frequency of your Harddrive .. there may be some risk of 'beating' if the frequencies are too close (you are safe if you have one of those new-fangled SSDs which rotate in dimensions 7 thru 10). From inspection only really old hard drives are likely to be at risk .. single sided 8" FDDs are doomed for sure. 2) If you'd just like to post your login credentials we can remote-desktop into your machine from here and have a look for you. We will fix any obvious system errors while we are there and clean outup your accounts for you too. 8>.

Had the endlessly spinning spinny thing kick in on a part purchase on Friday - bailed back to 'my account' after 15 mins expecting failure and the transaction had been processed........ No purchase email though. Email to SS confirmed it was for real!
I've got another one going now! Must be loads of 'em... Hmmm ....

Something's happening - one of my parts has just "sold" and been credited to my balance I just hope that not ALL of my attempted purchases go through awk : Well, it wasn't me who made the purchase -- my window is still showing the symbol going 'round and 'round. Just like the software, I guess, chasing its tail. What are the chances that the purchase actually was made much earlier today and it's only now that it has appeared in your account. When I look at the list of available loans, it doesn't seem to have changed very much, if at all, in the last half-hour -- or possibly more*. I don't know whether or not to close the "We're currently processing your investment" window and resubmit my request, the risk being that I might lose my place in the processing queue -- if there is such a thing. savingstream : Have our purchase requests been captured and held pending the website being patched enough to deal with them? Or should we forget about any requests we've already submitted and start submitting new ones? Or are we wasting our time trying to do anything until the website is reset and restarted? * Having looked again at the available loans, some of the numbers seem to have increased, so it looks like some lenders have managed to list some more parts for sale. Unfortunately, it still appears impossible to buy anything.
