savingstream, apologies if this has been requested already but could you please add the total Loan (value) as an extra field in the "My Loans" / "Live Loanparts" summary? There looks to be plenty of space, although I think there are also requests for loanpart interest fields (paid and accrued) to be added there too.

I have a serious problem with the new website. I cannot make a deposit!!!
Under cashier\deposit the only information presented is the account number for SS - no box to enter an amount for instant credit as per the old site.
Also I have some funds available on SS and trying out the withdraw function, the message says "Please complete a deposit from a UK bank account in order to withdraw"??!!!
Reading some of the comments further up this thread, the website performance seems different for different platforms and browsers. If true this is very sloppy coding indeed.
Urgent action needed please if I'm going to deposit anything more here.

I have 7 emails thanking me for investing £0.00 and informing me I will be making 12%. How much do you earn a month on those loans?

You are also restricted to withdrawing to accounts you have deposited from previously. Perhaps the new site doesn't know where funds have come from before.

What happened to the transactions data? My Account / Transactions - all boxy and horrid, taking up load of space (yada, yada, yada........) but it's there. No direct link to transactions on my Android phone, but use the address /transactions, and I can access them.

You also can't withdraw whilst you have a negative balance.

I do have a credit balance but still appear not to be able to withdraw. I can't find anywhere on the new website to enter my bank details (which SS already hold and don't seem to have transferred over) Maybe new members get asked for this? LW

Not that I saw it before logging in this afternoon - been 'off-grid' all day - got a bit of a surprise. All that needs to be said has already been said .......... too much scrolling and clicking. Not such a big deal on my nice big screen but horrible on the mobile. Not so much better as different. Guess we get to like it or do the other thing. I'm assuming (MOAFU alert!) that withdrawals will go to whatever bank account details you gave when signing up.....

Hmm. Looks like the selling functionality still has a bug. I've got a loan part that is 100% sold but stuck in the Selling loan parts list ( savingstream.co.uk/my-loans/selling ) and has not credited my balance with the funds. Posting this c. 5 minutes after the buy transactions by 2 lenders (£40 + £0.99 in loan PBL031)

Can't remember which way round, but I think my total showed correctly on the general loan list but not on my own loans held. after a while it settled. Like you the part had sold to more than one person.

savingstream I have to say I mostly detest the new website (aside of the site showing how much total one has invested in a loan), Amazing how a website design could take a monumental leap back in functionality. You know the old saying, "If it 'aint broke, don't fix it"

Armed with the time of arrival, I fished the SS email out from amongst the viagra adverts in my ISP spam folder. LW

Two observations regarding the new available loans page ( savingstream.co.uk/loans/available ) : It seems to refresh automatically to update with new availability, but does not appear to update itself to go back to "all loans are fully funded" when availability is exhausted (or am I being impatient?) By virtue of the auto update mechanism (even if as I've described it doesn't work 100% of the time) the security timeout for the site (if it exists ??) is circumvented if this page is open in the browser.

On the old site we had to tell them a deposit was on its way. We then did the bank transfer for the identical amount, and SS (manually, I think) quickly checked it had arrived and updated our account balance.
Now we don't inform them, so they won't know we have sent any money.
Qs. for SS. How often each day will you now check with your bank that we have transferred cash? Does it still have to be the exact amount of our "negative balance"?

... Does it still have to be the exact amount of our "negative balance"? I'm sure that it doesn't, provided you've at least covered the negative balance with a combination of cash deposit(s) and/or loanpart sale(s) within the 48 hours quoted. So a negative balance of -£780 could be covered by a £300 loanpart sale and a £500 cash deposit, resulting in a net £20 positive balance. To be honest, I was already working that way on the old website (since pre-funding arrived) and it seemed to cause SS no issues at all. And I presume the cash banking timetable will operate as before (Monday deposits by 5pm credited to accounts on Tuesday morning, etc.)
