Selling parts still does not update balance and in reality anything else. I sold part in PBL064, It got purchased on SM in seconds. But after few hours still: 1. I don't see this part listed in sold loan parts. 2. My Balance is missing the funds from sold part 3. My Available Funds are in negative - but should be funded by proceeds from sold part
Same situation was happening with old site and is still happening now. Or it is even worse because on old site at least I saw the sold loan part.

I suspect this is the same fault I posted about earlier - if you look in savingstream.co.uk/my-loans/selling you might see the part (click on the loan title header) showing 100% sold.

Same issue that I had before as well p2pindependentforum.com/post/74347/thread Are you seeing your part selling as a transaction in the loan activity log?

I have the exact same issue with a sold loan part. The whole thing went in about 10 minutes and is showing as 100% sold but the balance hasn't updated and it's still showing in the "Selling" section so appears to be stuck somewhere.

Yes - to 2 buyers. I think it was stardust who earlier reported a slightly different messed up sale scenario to 2 buyers. So the conclusion is there is a significant bug lurking here.

I'm trying to decide whether ss are reading all of these message but not bothering to reply or whether they are just not interested and are going to do their own thing regardless of what their lenders want.
A comment from them every now and again would be reassuring

I had a stuck sale which was corrected after I contacted SS. It did not take very long.

Website feedback: 1. It is far too slow, a truly awful experience (although not quite as bad as RebS). 2. It would be very useful if a total accrued interest figure was provided somewhere to allow lenders to easily calculate the true value of their account at any given time. This is very basic, key information that should be available at a glance. At the moment I have to expand all my loans past and present, cut and paste the data into Excel, extract the relevant data from the non-friendly excel formatting and sum - a 10 min operation each time I want to determine accrued interest to value my account intra-month.
Overall, except for the grouping of my loan parts by loan, which is very welcome, it strikes me that functionality is broadly the same, but in attempting to make the website "prettier", speed has been sacrificed - a very poor trade-off. Overall I feel the website is step back with the slow page loading making the site really painful to use.......

I read somewhere a while back a definition of a camel being that it was a horse designed by a committee. And as I've laboured to use the new website today, and read all the feedback on this thread, and attempted to withdraw funds only to be told that in order to make a withdrawal I must put more funds in, I can't help wondering if the new website was designed by a committee. Either that, or the savingstream platform has been taken over by a sales manager whose last job was window dressing in an Estate Agent's shop.

It should be at a glance information, as it was.

Oh dear Oh dear, it's dreadful........and seriously makes me question my investment in this platform if this amateur hour website stays in place. There was nothing much wrong with the old one bar getting bogged down when a loan went live, and that was easily solvable!

Each to their own, I suppose, but the new website isn't giving me any huge problems on my laptop, not that I've been trying to buy on the SM (where the huge imbalance of demand over supply is the real headache). There seem to be a couple of bugs to fix but, once the promised further enhancements are delivered, I think it should work well. Adding the much-requested data-dense display option to suit regular SS users should be straightforward, but the missing loanparts CSV download is No.1 on the list for me.
I've only just noticed that clicking on your Balance (in the blue-green banner) takes you straight to your Transactions, clicking on your Live Loan Parts takes you to your Live Loanparts page and clicking on Available Funds takes you to the Cashier section.
Incidentally, I took at look at the new site on my iPhone last night and utterly hate the "one tile at a time" Mobile layout, so I'd also like to be able to view the Desktop layout on a mobile device (option not currently offered, that I could find anyway).
