Well I did not get the SMS notification I have been getting for over a year when new loans launch. And of course no SMS when the subsequent £80K appeared (I wonder where that did come from). I suppose that did not matter as SS sent out the email. However, what the (blanketyblank) is the use of sending out the email shown below, saying INVEST NOW, when SS know full well the whole loan has been filled? OK, my own fault I didn't set a pre-bid, but surely they could add "this loan is fully subscribed" to save me the trouble of logging in. Attachments:

Now that you come to mention it I didn't get an SMS either. I wonder did they forget to hook that up?

I think the invest now button was referring to the possible increased SM activity they mentioned in the body of the email and not in the actual new loan

Has anyone tried the 2 stage security text thing yet? Nice idea, further security etc. Enabled earlier - no probs. However I was under the impression it would only need to be done every 2 weeks to re-authorise the device. Back on the same laptop just now and up it pops again..... and where's the fugglin phone? Dunno, didn't hear it. Aah, that'll be in the car then. Disabled again for now..... Oh yeah - PBL065's guff still states: This is a 12 month loan. The property valuation is available above. This loan has not gone live yet. All investors will earn 12%pa immediately upon commitment to this loan.
Will be nice to know, in advance, when it does, wouldn't want to miss it !

I'd already keyed my mobile number back into the mobile phone box (before PBL065 was launched) and still didn't receive an SMS. I did get the launch email though.

Regarding this loan, a notice that my "days" is set to zero even though I bought yesterday. Is this a bug? This is a "new" contract and it hasn't draw down yet, is that why my interest is zero? Mine too. More worryingly it shows zero interest also. I suspect a bug? A similar issue: I sold part of a loan part yesterday (ie sold £100 of £500 loan part). The old site would portion up the interest earned to that point and under the sold loans tab show how much the £100 had earned in interest. However that too shows zero.. It also shows the sold loan part was purchased on the day sold so age zero, which it wasn't. The interest shown on the remaining portion is only the amount for that part (ie the £400) so the interest for the sold portion has been subtracted, but not displayed anywhere..

This was reported to savingstream yesterday and they said they would be fixing it today (we discussed it in another thread). Interestingly, the specific one in my account that I reported was fixed this morning, but a family member who had the same problem hasn't had hers fixed - I had reasonably assumed they would go through all yesterday's transactions and sort them all. Is yours fixed now?

But thank you for the information that SS are aware and onto it.

But thank you for the information that SS are aware and onto it. It's now a lot of hours since my one was fixed (the sold loan part), so my concern is that they are expecting everyone who has had this to report it personally before they fix each one, rather than going through and fixing all occurrences themselves. It doesn't matter that much if it's just a display issue, which it might very well be, but it equally might not. Since it isn't yet happening automatically (the other one I'm aware of still isn't fixed) I think anyone who has this problem should probably email them to be sure. The developers will be busy fixing stuff, so we should allow them time to sort it, but at least by emailing your specific one will be logged. Edit: regarding the bought loans parts, I'm waiting to see if something happens after I've held mine for 24 hours. In the old platform we accrued interest at midnight, but maybe the new plartform works differently? Just a thought.

Just wondering if they count the hours, so it won't say 1 day until after 24 hours is up - early this evening Whoops, just noticed the end of Ramblin Rose last message mentioned much the same thing - I must learn to read all the messages

It looks as thought they work from the time the investment was made rather than midnight
