Hi manta welcome to the forum and the game that is savingstream  We're just impatient souls  . savingstream will have their reasons, and it's best not rushing into a loan amounting to £3,250,000  . However a comment from them would be nice; they are active on these forums, and I'm sure they will comment soon enough to let us know what is going on. This happened on the Wolsey Loans recently (PBL87 & PBL88 - both delayed by one day, with one ended up getting cancelled before drawdown); on that day and it was 07:39pm when we finally got an email explaining the situation, so they do work throughout the night.

My cuz who lives on the IOW always said they were in a bit of a time warp there (she kinda says nothing has moved on since the 1950's). Could be you also have to factor in that ferry crossing.... and maybe very s l o w internet connections....
That said it is frustrating as you do shift funds around from site to site and sell other loans in readiness to fund something; yes the loss of interest is small but its the fact that you have prepared and readied yourself for something that does not happen. It's a bit of an anti-climax....

I've just got back from work to see that this loan has yet to go live. Seems a strange one; I thought it wired that they were going to let the loan go live before seeing the updated valuation report. I wonder if they have gotten the updated report and there are some discrepancies?Shall we start a poll?

It is highly likely that it will be tomorrow, in very much the same way as the PBL87/88 loans were delayed... in a landscape filled with Surveyors and Lawyers, one is bound to encounter unexpected delays frequently, which will all be beyond Saving Stream's control. As remarked by other members, with loans of such magnitude, it is preferable for a delay to ensure everything is in order before proceeding and ultimately highlights Saving Stream's good standard of Risk Management relative to other platforms. I agree with everything you say; I think we would just like to see some comment from savingstream... As you say, PBL87/88 loans were delayed by a day, but at the time savingstream sent an e-mail and placed a comment on these forums from on the day the loans were supposed to go live. Today there has been no activity from savingstream on here and no e-mail explaining the situation.
