I transferred small amount money into the 30 day account and saw that is was in a que waiting to be invested, then decided to withdraw this ammount before it had been invested, now my question is how long do I have to wait before my money is returned to my cash account, since it had not been invested i would have thought it should be returned imediately. Will look at later today when I get a chance.

This has happened to me this morning, Making a £500 transfer into the cash account, my GBBA already has >£400 in the queue for some time, so decided to put it into the 30 day account. Now i find it's in a queue to get into the 30 day account! oh and i cannot withdraw the cash until it's invested, and then i give 30 days notice; not happy with this, cannot see any visibility of queues until one actually tries to invest some funds, and as it's not invested why can i not withdraw from the queue? AC needs to show the queues on the dashboard, prior to making an investment, what do you think chris ?

I'm in the same situation as Tomtom. Had £295 sitting uninvested on the 30 day access doing nothing for 3 days now. Would rather have it back in the instant access to be frank. Am getting quite annoyed at how my dabble with AC is going. Desperately trying to diversify my lending out of RS. Rates at Wellersley get slashed and markets removed, and my money's tied up at AC earning nothing. If RS's rates hadn't been so utterly pony lately, I'd not bother with anyone else.

I have a brief question on the 30 days access account. I know that on the GBBA and the QAA you can withdrawn your interest only into your cash balance and it usually happens instantly if the market conditions are right. However, with the 30 days account does it take 30 days to withdraw your interest (when it is set to withdraw interest only) or is it also done instantly. Sorry if this question has been asked previously. Thanks!

Over the next 30 days there is £1m scheduled to leave the 30 day account, with the first small amounts having come out today. The cap will also be raised by mid June at the latest creating some more headroom.
This is unfortunately just a short barren spell (after all those complaints of there being too much on the aftermarket) that will reverse over the next few weeks.

If you chose to reinvest them in the 30 day account they'd be subject to the same caps before they were.

tomtom - known issue, being worked on to resolve. Thanks, I got caught in a similar, but smaller, way. I am a little confused at status displays this morning, however: Show More on my QAA says <£0.01 awaiting investment + <£0.01 Direct Investment and a chunk from idle funds - all fine. Clicking on queue position shows a few hundred more £ in bite sized chunks queued for investment. Is there a good reason why 'awaiting investment' and 'queued for investment' don't mean essentially the same thing in QAA? D

D Awaiting investment means funds waiting to be directly invested in QAA, I assume its interest. Queued for investment refers to all queued funds including swept funds, which dont show on QAA box as they are elsewhere

I received my interest for the 30 day account this morning.
Although i requested interest payments to be withdrawn for this account , it states it is awaiting reinvestement and has been queued.
I have tried to withdraw the interest payment , but i have been given a date 30 days from now.
Is this how it is supposed to work.
I was under the impression when i selected withdraw interest that it simply was returned to my cash account , and then swept into qaa.
Can somebody help me on this please.
I dont like the idea of having to wait another 30 days to get my hands on an interest payment from the previous month
Thanks
Tony
