Just over a week since this first came on the bidding market and given the activity on the Q & A on this one, thought a new thread might be worthwhile. I guess bidding has stalled at the moment waiting for the "new" valuation to come through. Much will depend upon this as this will give some focus on rental figures which are fairly critical on this proposition. Unanswered questions are I guess also in some respects coupled to lack of this vital information. Any idea Andrew when the magic number may appear?
I did have a punt round the major commercial property agents in Leeds last week and quite a bit of positive feedback from them on the prospects for this deal.

There appear to be several unanswered questions regarding this offer which isn't going to help matters. Not sure if this apparent 'lack of clarity' is down to Assetz or the borrower.

Usual chicken and egg. I'm waiting for it to get fuller before I put my bid in.
TBH I'm disappointed that it was not more full when it listed. Andrew's preview on the old forum said "it has a number of large players in there that ensures the loan will happen", which led me to expect more. Perhaps the big players are waiting too?

I was told by the introducer we would have the val this week, and I am still waiting. This is a huge frustration as we were told it was on the way.
Yes, the larger players are waiting for the finalised valuation to come before committing.

Im waiting for it to fill up a bit more before I put something in, hoping the big players dont pile in at once and I miss out.

Rumour has it that this particular bird is about to fly again with a new valuation and some other tweaks which should ensure that this will not need the help of brokers! So if you want some of the action keep your eyes peeled.
