The one 3rd from bottom claiming to be %age across diff sites doesn't seem right... Yes, it looks too abundant.

Look at the y axis of the third from below. The graph title says percentages.

Look at the y axis of the third from below. The graph title says percentages. It is. For figures below 1% it uses millipercent, I.e. 1/1000 of 1%. Currently abundance has around 70 millipercent available, i.e. 0.07% of the total loan book. For a quick check, the total loan book is just under 21 million. Around 15k is on offer. That seems to match in my head. Happy for someone to correct my Sunday evening mental arithmetic though.

You know how some Christmas presents are just what you've been looking for, whilst others are at best 'meh'. I suspect that the below may be closer to the latter than the former, however, please consider this an early gift. This was based on a comment made many moons ago by ilmoro . Something about tracking how the rates change on some platforms sites over time... Please note, this is the websites published rate, so presumably this is before any loses and potentially before fees! Please do you own research etc. All data is from the public websites so I assume that there are no issues with this, but if there are any concerns, please PM me or post below.Key notes: Bondmason ( stevefindlay ) This takes data from www.bondmason.com/how-bondmason-targets-70-pa-returnThis reads in the 'average rate today' from almost the bottom of that page. Lending Works ( Matthew ) This takes data from www.lendingworks.co.uk/peer-to-peer-lendingThis page was significantly changed with the site revamp a while back. I only go around to looking to fix this earlier this month. For some reason which currently escapes me, I can't use xpath references for this page, so had to use a CSS selector. Worse, a reference for the 5 year rate seems to prefer the 3 year. If I find a way to fix this I will do so, until then, this reads the 3 year rate from the mini table on this page. Data from before the 1st of December was from the previous version of this page. Octopus Choice ( vanessaiman ) This takes data from octopuschoice.com/This reads the rate from within the big purple circle on this page. Ratesetter (no rep to tag) This takes data from www.ratesetter.com/invest/everyday-accountOriginally I used the homepage for this, but a while ago this seemed to change to sometimes show different markets. As I found the '3 boxes' in the above before I got around to looking to parse the home page, it seemed easier to just add all 3 markets, which is what is in the above. Whilst there is no rep on this forum for me to target, tagging westonkev seems appropriate. Please note this is a single snapshot for each time period, which is taken once an hour, between quarter past the hour and half past the hour. All numbers (i.e. y axis) are in percent. Whilst most sites may change rates on a less regular basis than, say, a secondary market, this doesn't guarantee that this rate would be offered for you. It is however the value provided by the site at the time my script downloaded it.I'm more than happy to look to add additional platforms, assuming that they provide a single rate per product (i.e. not selecting individual loans) and that rate is on their public sites. Adding products such as the GBBA / QAA from AC seems redundant due to their 'fixed rate per series' nature though. A combination of Selenium, RRDtool, imagemagick and hostinger have been used to create this. I realise that posting this on page 4 of a thread probably isn't the easiest place to spot in the world and will look to move it somewhere more sensible in due course. I've a few other things I want to do and will look to combine them when I get that far. Therefore, please consider this a trailer, rather than the main movie. Of course, as I was hoping to have this part done 2 months ago, I make no promises of getting much further any time soon. All comments / suggestions gratefully received.

Thanks jonah - I've been looking all year for a chart with BondMason at the top. And now we have one! I'm off to get the team mince pies to celebrate...

Hey jonah - can't help noticing a distinct lack of graphs this morning! Is it just me? They look OK to me Just me then - maybe. Using the 'New stuff here' link I see the text '3x graph' where the graphs should be. I looked at the html and I think the picture source is jonah.890m.com/ratesummary.png - when I go there Firefox tells me 'The image "http://jonah.890m.com/ratesummary.png" cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.', and IE11 just says the webpage cannot be found. I am using Win7, and IE has no addons - in fact this is the first time I have used it since recently re-installing Windows (as one does). I checked I have the latest Java, Adobe Air and Flash Player. I visit the graphs every day and this is the first time I have had a problem. I will try again tomorrow on a Win10 machine. Edit: Just tried going to jonah.890m.com/ and Open DNS comes up and says 'This domain is blocked due to a phishing threat.' So mystery solved.

It works on the couple of machines I have access to test from, but does hiccup occasionally and needs a reload. Both the graphs above and those on the first post are hosted in the same place, so unless there is a glitch in one of them, if one displays then the other should.

I have added the URL to my OpenDNS whitelist so I should stop being blocked in a few hours. Apparently not many of your fans are using OpenDNS! Sorry to have troubled you.

More seriously, good spot on dns. I'll add it to one of the posts. If I win the lottery* then I'd pay for a proper host somewhere but until then freebies are needed. * highly unlikely as I don't buy tickets.
