Just got the emails to settle for Staffy and Scottish property loans - drawing down tomorrow. I have sent a direct question to AC asking whether Anglesey final payment will be in our accounts tomorrow so that extra cash need not be transferred to pay for shadow bids on these two loans.

Is it okay then just to have the money in your account or do you have to go thru' the settling process hitting the 'Settle Now' button? As I'm vaguely sure they just raided my account last time. Yes, if the money is in your account AC will plunder it when the shadows are called in. Alas, I owe them a bit more!  |

There's a lot on the aftermarket. Have any shadow bids been called in? Just 'Auction 96 the Manchester commercial property loan is due to draw down shortly.' Which was sent a few days ago.

Actually why don't AC post on here as well as emailing and say if settlement is now due? I'll stick that in suggestions... There does seem to be too much activity for just one shadow being called. I think people who had money fall out of the recently demoted loans (those being set back to preview) temporarily put their money to work in what ever was on the AM and are now withdrawing it again, it looks like about 60k of London retail on sale now is there for that reason and I suppose some of the other stocks too. IN EDIT It looks like about 45k for North Lothian for the same reason. These look like big figures, I hope it all works out...

Can a shadow bid be partially settled? Not currently no, it's an all or nothing transaction on a per bid basis.
