Shadow account settlement requests

Sorry guys - it really wasn't my intention to go over the top with the AC criticism - I wouldn't have gone on about any of the 'details' that I consider AC get wrong, but Andrew asked, appearing not to have appreciation of the fact that they do get the details wrong quite often, so I responded to his enquiry, plain and simple.  I wouldn't really have thought my having a background concern about something counts as getting it out of perspective and just because I mention things doesn't mean I'm losing sleep over them, or that I think anyone else should.  I wouldn't even consider putting my money with some of those other outfits that some of you mentioned that are much, much worse, and so I've been lucky enough not to suffer their issues.  I do however, have money with AC and I do think they need to pay more attention.  It's all fine and dandy when the details in question aren't important, and I totally agree most of them currently aren't, which I thought I had made clear, (with the exception of miscalculated payments which I consider unacceptable and extremely important), but one day one of them might turn out to have been really important, and wouldn't we all rather they smartened up their procedures before that day arrives?  I'm not in anybody else's shoes so I'm not about to tell anyone they ought to have concerns.  But I can voice mine.
