Actually, I sold a number of parcels this morning between 10.00 and 11.00, then requested three withdrawals over that period.
Two arrived by mid-afternoon, but the last has yet to show up.
Seems a pretty good service to me.

I've made dozens of withdrawals from SS over the years and never had one delayed. All my requests made the day before (or even up to about 6am the same day) have arrived sometime between around 7am and 3pm, depending when they do the payments run.
I presume you narrowly missed the cut-off yesterday morning and today's run hasn't yet been processed.

I think today's run has been done, I had a deposit confirmation timed at 9:15 a.m. Likewise I've not had any issues unless I've missed a payment run or there wasn't one on a Saturday. I have had quite late in the afternoon deposits/withdrawals occasionally. If you still haven't had anything @leopardcat , looks like another email might be necessary  |

Or perhaps stick to a fixed time week days, say 9am or whenever George or Harry get in, with additional runs if they want cash in over peak demand.

SS have not to my knowledge published cut a off date/time by which payments (in or out) are processed. I suspect though at 08:40 you may have missed todays boat.
Perhaps that is something else Paul64 could look at?
