Staff costs look quite low, suggesting they have lots of casual staff helping out. As long as the business model keeps working.... The adjusted net profit doesn't include any pay for the director. Maybe he's putting in a lot of hours so he doesn't have to employ too many others.

There appears to be a Russian connection.
(letter between S and U) followed by a synonym for Free time + Limited (The limited company currently owning the hotel) were issued a winding up petition by a very large Russian owned producer of gas in July 2016. (See the Gazette.)

There appears to be a Russian connection. The limited company currently owning the hotel were issued a winding up petition by G*****m in July 2016. (See the Gazette.) - G*****m (I didn't realise that they were in the retail business in the UK) presented a winding up petition on 25 May 2016.
- M****n C***s (I didn't realise they operated in the UK either, but Wikipedia tells me they acquired a Cornish brewery in 2011), who Companies House tells me have a fixed and floating charge over the company, substituted as petitioning creditor on 11 July 2016. (Does anyone understand what this means?)
- HMRC presented on 24 August 2016. Hearing scheduled for 24 October 2016.
According to savingstream and the valuation report the company is making healthy profits. Why, if that is the case, is it not paying its bills? I think I'm out.

Asked for £500 and got £500, only investing in it short term on the basis of being just bricks and mortar valuation, no idea what the max allocation was
