Asked for £500 and got £500, only investing in it short term on the basis of being just bricks and mortar valuation, no idea what the max allocation was I wasn't watching so I don't know if this one completely filled with prefunding.
If it did fill and assuming SS played fair with their bottom up approach then the minimum possible maximum allocation is £719 - but, in reality, the max allocation will be considerably higher than this.
P.S. I asked for nothing and was not disappointed.

I asked for £1,000 and got £1,000.
Oh dear, will no one own up to having a larger holding than me? Please can someone take over the hot seat as I cannot stand the embarrassment.

I thought you couldn't sell for the first week or something. Is that not the case then? What are the rules?

If it isn't then you can sell pretty much straight away. I found that out the hard way a few weeks back. Having made several purchases in a 7 day period and paid for them all apart from the last one which was credited from my bakn but not processed by SS being a weekend, I could not trade any of my recent purchases. Not something I'd often want to do but a bit frustrating nevertheless. LW

I manually placed 100 GBP, but that was more for diversification than want.

It is clear that demand has dropped by quite a bit - lenders numbering around 1000 or less. PBL 146 is not a large loan by SS standard. Also looking at the variation between the peak of investors taking part in loans a short while back and even in DFL 008, which number around 2000, the difference is stark. Is it possible that savingstream has put on blinkers?

Is it possible that savingstream has put on blinkers? I believe that they are "testing the water". The number of lenders on that loan may have fallen (dramatically) compared to previous, but SS fulfilled one key metric - They filled it. The slightly more intangible question is how many existing customers will mutter and stomp off elsewhere.

I avoided this loan as I judged 10% insufficient when I can get better with SS and elsewhere. However they filled the loan so good for them. They are in business to make money, they are not a charity. I'm not going to through my toys out the pram by withdrawing from other loans.
