Another £100k of PBL60 has just arrived. Was I the only person to pre-fund PBL60, then...? How much has gone on the market since it launched? I was starting to wonder if I'd missed something truly toxic about it, but just looking through the investment activity, somebody's had (another?) £34k of it today. No, PF was c1mil currently. About 1.5mil, 1.2mil at launch and further 300k dropped in today. Without knowing the initial prefund, impossible how much more to come. No different to PBL59, with significant sums being released into the market once availability decreased below a certian point, its just taken 60 longer to hit that point

That's interesting - PBL58 Torquay has gone £50,000 negative!? Edit: Now £48,000 negative. Thats weird. That would suggest SS have had to reverse sales. Did they accidently sell UW funds they shouldnt have or miscalculate the remaining pot and put £50k extra onto the market by mistake?

The office block loan size has dropped to £2m, making it a 69.6% LTV.

Would be an odd way to handle it, though.

Not really any way for them to handle that that Ive seen other than redeem & relist with all that entails. Allowing SM to resolve kinda makes sense apart from glitch issue & corresponding email flurry.

But then wouldn't it be more logical to reduce the "Loan value" rather than increase the "Amount funded"? A few words of explanation on the "Loan Updates" tab would be helpful, but that savingstream innovation appears to have been stillborn.

Reducing loan value clears the paper negative but not the extra sum sold. They would then have to have a way of preventing SM sales so they acquiŗed the next 50k themselves, ñot sure they do & it would have no transparency to lenders (bots at work!) This way shows an oversubscription. Yes, some comms would be helpful. Care to end our hypotheticals fun savingstream?

well strangely enough now PBL 60 has drawndown and paid cashback (there is still over 6% available of it on the secondary market)
PBL 59 and PBL 61 have not drawndown

How can you be sure it's been added by SS, and not by a "big-hitter" who chose to hold it until the cashback was paid?

PBL60 all gone, few older bits available but otherwise board pretty clear, time to turn the pipeline back on

Thanks If you are looking sub £1k individual investments you might have to loiter for a few minutes, I logged in at 9:00 saw what I wanted, deposited £500, the loan had gone but a new one had popped up, all done 9:06. So just wait and monitor. If you want £10k in one spend then you are out of luck at the moment.
