Full marks to fundingsecure for getting a raft of fixes implemented so quickly, including providing the vital info regarding best available rates on the SM front page.

Full marks to fundingsecure for getting a raft of fixes implemented so quickly, including providing the vital info regarding best available rates on the SM front page. And also for now setting the default sort for all SM pages to Effective Rate (highest first). Well done. I completely agree with @hor1997 that the "SM - Investments For Sale" page for each loan needs to have a clickable link added to the relevant "Loan Overview" page

b) Can we please have a "Show All" option for viewing our loan holdings in "My Investments"? (as before) And we now have a "Show All" option available on each drop-down list menu. Many thanks, that's a great help.

I can now now see the 'Cancel' boxes on the 'Sell my investments' screen with Chrome/Firefox (at 100% shows as far as 'Can' on Chrome and 'Ca' on Firefox, both much better at 110%).

Jamesc- please see the email sent out - that will be added shortly. In the mean time each loan has the offerings grouped, which was a request from several investors. Once the rates are available (tomorrow) it should add significantly to the useablity. FundingSecure Thanks Funding Secure the new website is starting to look a lot better especially now that the rates are back on the SM, so I wanted to apologise for throwing my toys out of the pram last night when the first version was released.

Also, on the account information tab, I'm not quite sure what the "secondary market gains/losses" is measuring. I see that number, and mine is a big positive because I've been doing similar to what mrclondon has been doing. But what about the "Other Earnings" shown in that same table? Does anyone know where that number comes from? Is that where Cashback goes? Or is Cashback not included in that "Earnings to date" summary?

I can now now see the 'Cancel' boxes on the 'Sell my investments' screen with Chrome/Firefox (at 100% shows as far as 'Can' on Chrome and 'Ca' on Firefox, both much better at 110%). I think this issue is caused by the width of the box being insufficient to display all the info. I see a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of that box/frame, but it may be a long way down the page, making it a pain to go down to and return from. The width of the box/frame shrinks if you make the window it's in narrower, which probably helps on lower resolution tablets and phones, but it stops getting larger at some point and on my wide PC monitor it doesn't grow quite enough to expose all of the control icons. This leaves me with a lot of unused space in my wide window and still having to scroll horizontally in order to see all the items in the artificially constrained box/frame. fundingsecure: Can you please have your developers look into this, and allow the display to use all the available space on widescreen monitors?

Yes you are correct. I have a fairly long list for sale so didn't see the bar.

If you present people with this in Chrome and expect them to know to press Ctrl + F5, you're going to have a lot of disgruntled (ex-)investors.

On the my investments page you autosort on loan number. Please change it to date ending as default. It is moŕe meaningful for users. It is the mist likely one users would choose. When checking the tick or cross on assessing loans i dont want to need to re sort the list as I trawl through. I would also say to default lines per page at 50 rather than the useless 10 on all screens. Irritating to keep needing to change if on each page change.

On secondary markets - investments for sale find a way of indicating on the first screen loans where user has an investment whether on sale or not. Good change to place best rate on there.
Found it! Landscape needed on my device.

fundingsecure, currently the website jumps back to the "My Current Investments" page after every SM purchase is made. This is annoying when trying to make multiple SM purchases (eg. buying several small parts in the same loan) as we then have to go back to the "Secondary Market" and then relocate the loan we were just looking at. Can the navigation please be changed so that, on making an SM purchase, we remain on the "Secondary market - investments for sale" page for that loan? Thanks.

fundingsecure - it would be helpful if the default sort order for secondary market history page was date (descending) not date (ascending) so the most recent transactions are on the first page. And possibly the All active and past loans page should have a default sort order of updated date (descending).

Another suggestion, albeit one I'm not sure is technically possible - it would be nice to have a popup tooltip on the Loans needing investment progress bar showing the amount still available in pounds.
