Another suggestion, albeit one I'm not sure is technically possible - it would be nice to have a popup tooltip on the Loans needing investment progress bar showing the amount still available in pounds. I agree. The amount already funded used to be displayed but disappeared in the website revamp. In order to determine the remaining amount, it used to take a relatively simple subtraction. Now it takes a multiplication, and that isn't nearly as easy to do mentally. Another useful popup tooltip would be the amount I've already invested in a loan. I find myself calling up loan pages too often just to remind myself which loans I'd like to increase my investment in if I have some funds to invest. Are popup tooltips going out of fashion because, AFAIK, they don't work on tablets and smartphones because you can't 'hover' over anything? Or can you? If you can, would someone please explain how one goes about doing that?

If its not obvious, then its a bit rubbish, I can still not find it, now only by following above link Also SM used to allow you to link to loan to read details and also displayed how much you have invested - fundingsecure thank you for making things TEN TIMES HARDER to use your website !!!!!!!!!!!!

WHERE ARE YOUR TRANSACTIONS NOW? ?? It doesn't display properly in Chrome and the text at the top is the wrong colour to be able to read against the background - very poor show FS !!! If you clear your cache so that Chrome displays the new site properly, all will be revealed. ( CTRL + F5 , I think)

Eventually discovered the display discrepancy was caused by Adblock Plus software. Now I know where everything is I've switched ABP back on. EDIT: As an experiment, I tried FS on my laptop (Windows 10) and it displays as intended, with or without ABP running. My 10 yr old steam driven desktop (Windows XP) frequently displays in an 'unexpected' manner, but one becomes used to it.

Am I blind, but I can't see how long left the current loans have to run. Also are FS now underwriting all the loans that don't fill? I'm going to take a chunk of the fire damaged property.

Liz : If you haven't already invested, you might want to wait until we're told what the insurance loss adjuster's report says. In the 24/Nov update, fundingsecure said "For the fire damage, we are expecting a report from the loss adjuster within 2 weeks." That was nearly five weeks ago. I haven't a clue whether the lack of a further update is simply because things are taking longer than expected, or because FS have more info but just haven't passed it along, or whether there might be a problem. Perhaps it's not an issue, because the hope was that PP would be obtained to allow the old building to be demolished and any fire damage probably would become irrelevant. But would it make any difference if the insurer were to decide that no actual loss has occurred because the building was coming down anyway, so they won't pay out anything? And what about the PP appeal? The 24/Nov update said "A final decision is expected within 6 weeks." If that's really going to come before the end of next week, I'd be very tempted to wait until the result was known.

Am I blind, but I can't see how long left the current loans have to run. Liz: I'm not sure this has changed from before the update. The Date Ending still is shown in my list of loans and the Expected End Date still is shown on the individual loan pages. I don't recall there ever being a Remaining Days number shown. I've always had to work it out from the other date. We used to be able to look at the Days Active and compare that to 183 to see where things stood, but that doesn't work any more because the days active starts counting when we invest, and the six month loan term starts when a loan is activated and that can be long after our investment started earning interest.

I clicked the "renew" button before FS informed lenders about the fire and my part of the loan was renewed. FS obviously knew of the fire but chose not to inform lenders until after the loan had been put up for renewal. In all honesty I may have reinvested even if I'd been made aware of the fire and damage, but that is beside the point.
However I do now have concerns about FS not keeping investors fully informed, especially as it now transpires FS were made aware of the fire but chose not to inform lenders before the loan was renewed. In view of the fact FS obviously choose not to keep investors fully informed about renewals I wouldn't advise anyone to invest (in renewals). You really have no idea what information FS are withholding and it has been obvious from this renewal they most obviously do withhold pertinent information.

PBL027 2888506800 I see a theme here I'm not worried, the building is either coming down if they get planning(with an increase in value), or the insurance money will pay for the refurbishment. Even with no planning or no insurance money, it's still only 58% LTV.

Ablender. It's loan 2888506800 - still waiting for funding and is at 78% funded (underwriters have funded the remainder of the loan but it's still listed as it's waiting for others to replace underwriters - as are all the renewals). Been available since mid November so likely to be a loan of 7.5 months from day made available even if it's listed today. If you are thinking of investing suggest you check LTV in your DD checks. This may include reading opinions re this loan on this forum.

Could the two "history" pages ("Investment history" and "Secondary market - history") be tweaked so that new entries appear at the top, as per the old website? Many thanks.
