Stop laughing at the back there! Havent you ever seen a flying pig before? Fastest IPO ever maybe? Does beg belief that this will repaid that fast after all the delays. Does show that a more robust approach may produce the desired result. Lessons?

My guess it that when the proposed sale fell through, and the borrower realised that they were facing months of 24% interest, they hastily arranged substitute financing.

More like the time honoured business mantra, "don't pay for anything until you have to".

Has the loan now been delisted?
Is it now untradeable?
I hope there's a little Green or Red LED light on the new site to tell you if open for trading or no.

The yellow box at the top of the loan's page that used to warn about the change in the credit position now says... And that's why the loan has disappeared from the list of loans with units to sell.

Monies for this loan seem to have been repaid this evening!
That letter did have an effect after all. Can we send out some more please, especially on the defaulting BLs? Amazing how money materialises when threatened with legal action. I think AC should have used the same tactic for loans that never delay draw down & then get alternative refinancing. Alas, we'll never know since changes will come into effect next week
