Did anyone take note of what was available on the Aftermarket just before the £600k from this loan's redemption arrived in lenders' accounts at about 2200 this evening? It would be interesting to know how much of that disappeared later in the evening as lenders redeployed the money. Hackney seems to have gone from having over £100k of units for sale to having less than £50k. Kent seems to have a significant reduction as well, and what's left of it may be gone shortly. I think there were a few units of Epping, Bolton, and Ipswich for sale that have disappeared, though some more Ipswich units seem to have appeared since midnight.
I expect this process will continue tomorrow, as the arrival of the proceeds was so late that many people might not have been aware that it had happened, especially as AC do not appear to have sent an email informing lenders that this loan had been redeemed. There's always the chance that it was just my copy of the email that didn't arrive, but if an email wasn't sent then I'd classify that as a failure to communicate some rather important news.

Stating that funds held by the solicitor would be transfered to AC this afternoon and that when received will be distributed to lenders.
What more do we need to know?

Were you aware that, in fact, when the funds arrived AC were unable to credit them to lenders' accounts immediately? What appeared in the loan's Recent Activity at 1700 was... The proceeds arrived in my account at about 2200. In view of the delay, I feel it would have been appropriate to send a further email once lenders' accounts had been credited. I expect that will happen in the morning. Better late than never!

mmmmm, default interest. That has a very nice taste. Thanks AC. Would go and get some rainbow buttons if the shops were open.

I sold over 2k's worth of BL's just yesterday so yeah, there is more activity.
