Dear shimself , Information regarding the average return is available on our website home page and it is updated each month. Default rate is still zero and we did not have any delayed payments. We are being punctual with paying interest and principle at the end of the period as we understand that this must satisfy investor’s needs. If you wish, we can publish this information on a monthly basis here in the forum but in general this information will be available on our statistics page. Kind regards, Grupeer team

Dear forum users! Please, welcome our wrap up of OCTOBER 2018. This month we have finished with 1’847’827.62 eur of monthly investments. - Our platform welcomed 627 new investors. October is record month in terms of registrations! Our investor family increased by 17%. - Average return rate this month was 13.56%, the default rate continues to be zero and there are no late payments of interest. - With regards to our loans the novelties are following: - For the first time ever, we were totally sold out. At the moment there is no loans available on our platform, even the loans that was launched today were sold out very quick. It just emphasizes that demand of our products is high, and we will do our best to provide supply of new loans soon. - We have launched a new type of loan for investment- amortizing loans by our trusted loan originator SIA Monify. How does it work?
Currently, the principal is returned back to the investor when the maturity date comes, and interest is calculated based on the total loan amount. The key difference of new amortizing loans is that principal repayment will take place over the loan period and interest is calculated from residual loan amount (total loan amount less principal repayments according to schedule). Why is it good for investors?
Grupeer’s investors will be able to diversify held investment portfolio and reduce credit risk. Credit risk is associated with the failure to return the principal at maturity. All Grupeer loans are protected by BuyBack guarantee- when loan originator is obliged to pay the principal and interest rate in case borrower defaults. However, there is still unlikely scenario that loan originator fails. In that case, Grupeer will facilitate the investment return by hiring a lawyer, who will represent the interest of all investors. However, this will take time and will cause inconvenience. So, with amortization loans, this risk is reduced. The second benefit is a sooner availability of investment principal, which can be used for reinvestment. Setting up Auto-Invest function will automatically invest all money monthly received and will even further increase the return, as your money (which were sitting in the body of the loan) will be earning in the new project. November will greet you, dear investors, with new loan originators and interesting loans. Stay tuned! - For additional statistics and quick updates, please follow us on our social media accounts: • Facebook • Twitter • Linkedin Looking forward to the next month! Have an amazing week and good luck with your investments! Kind regards, Grupeer team

I'm glad things are progressing well at Grupeer victoria, but can I respectfully suggest that you employ a native English speaker to proof read your company posts to give a more professional impression. I'm fairly happy with my small trial investment with Grupeer, but I'm holding of investing any more until the auto investment algorithm can achieve better diversification. Any idea when this might be implemented?

Any chance you guys could ask your website builder to make the roadmap available? While I like the platform in general, the lack of transparancy/communication about the state of things is a little worrying

Dear trask84, Thank you for your comment! Yes, of course, we are working on creating information sections on our website where each investor will be able to find information needed. Could we kindly ask you to specify exactly what information you would like to see on our website? Have a wonderful day! Kind regards, Grupeer team

Sure First off all a development roadplan.
For example:
We are working on improving our website: The following will be added in the future and here you list all the improvements you have requested your website builder to work on. It is better if you also seperate the Must have options ( like secondary market) and Nice to have options clearly marked. People will be so much more patient with you when they know what you are activly working on.
Secondly, some more transparancy on what you can expect when investing.
For example, what are the expected amounts ( both primary and intrest) you will get back from an investment and when you can expect it to be deposited. (Your FB page has recieved pictures of how that can look like already)

An essential feature that is required is an easy way to see how much I have invested in each project. I have stopped adding new cash because it's too difficult to work out if (and how much) I have invested in projects for which new loans are available.
I can understand why projects need to be split into multiple tranches when the borrower draws on different tranches at different dates, but your practice of splitting each tranche into multiple loans is extremely annoying. I can not perceive any useful purpose in this practice, but I can perceive this could fool unwary lenders in to lending more cash to a particular loan than they intended to.

I have a question expanding on the tranches of the Promenada project.
Since grupeer gives 0 information about payment dates I was wondering, Does the loan starts when the whole project is funded, or does the "counter"on each tranch starts when it is funded?

Dear trask84, Thank you for your question. We provide information about payment dates and it can be found in the description of each project under "schedule" section. Regarding your question. Grupeer is not issuing loans. On our platform you can buy claim rights of already issued loans. The loan starts when it is issued. With the help of our platform Loan Originator (loan issuer) receives a possibility to refinance its money flow. Straight after the loan is sold out we transfer collected amount of money to our Loan originator who transfers it to the borrower. Have a wonderful day! Kind regards, Grupeer team

Deposited fund via TransferWise past 19 December and my account has not been credited yet. Does connecting to your online banking take 8 days ? gaudente, I am in a similar situation as I transferred funds on 17th December from my TransferWise borderless account. I was at first told that it needed 5 working days for deposit to appear on my Grupeer account and as 24 to 26 December were holidays it was too soon. However I now have a follow up email from Grupeer support advising that they need confirmation that I am the owner of the borderless account. As this information had to come from TransferWise they included an example message to send to TransferWise support. This must be a new procedure as I have successfully made transfers in the past. I suggest you contact Grupeer support to find out if this is applicable in your case. Alistair PS After requesting confirmation from TransferWise, funds have now appeared on my account.
