my deposit I made a few hours ago has just come in to my account but the deposit I made last night has not ... anyone else got this problem?

I made a deposit this morning - no problem, it has credited. I ALSO made a deposit last night , and there is no sign of it as yet  |

I made a deposit this morning - no problem, it has credited. I ALSO made a deposit last night , and there is no sign of it as yet I raised a ticket - good to know its not just me then. I'm not sure whether the deposits run has now finished ? I haven't received a "Thankyou for your deposit" email yet ? I'm still hoping last nights deposit comes thru in this run - mmmm ..... PS - exact same thing for my wife who has not yet been credited with last night's deposit

Well my withdrawal request from last night has been processed and withdrawals are usually run after all deposits have been processed.......

(as I did and also richyp ). Just wondering if this issue is to do with people who have made multiple deposits, or if it's simply a case of anyone who deposited yesterday ?

Based on the length of time it takes, my guess is that the 'bank run' process is entirely manual.
Get the bank statement, and gradually work backwards from latest entry. This will be error prone and will take ages if there are a lot to do.

Same here - single deposit in the afternoon. No sign of it.
They should add fake vampire teeth and dog turds to the pipeline so they can branch off into the jokeshop business.

I sent a message via their web site just now, but actually, I'm still waiting for an email after calling them before lunch yesterday with the same question 'where's my money', so I'm not expecting a quick response. I did not make a deposit today, but I made 2 yesterday, about 30 mins apart. The first was credited 5 mins after I called them, the second... I guess these are all lost in the ether or awaiting processing somewhere. SS probably trying to figure out why the totals at the bottom of their page don't balance...
