If anyone has my 10k that I deposited at 12.30am this morning then hold up your hand, or at least make sure you invest it in some good loans for me?

This is a lamentable state of affairs. The response from Paul64 was tardy and, IMO not very informative in material areas, e.g. not even a vague timescale as to how long it should take to clear. For those of you not satisfied you could consider making a formal complaint. On a brief look through the terms and conditions I could not find a complaints procedure, neither does there appear to be a FAQ. However there should be a "compalints officer" to whom you should address your complaint iin the first instance. If you do not get a reply or you feel it is unsatisfactory you can then send it direct to the Financial Conduct Authority. Financial Ombudsman ISTM, FCA dont handle individual compliants, especially if its not a regulatory issue. www.fca.org.uk/consumers/how-complain

Calm down, people. All that's happened is that a large chunk of our money (including five grand of mine from yesterday afternoon) has gone missing.
But they're apparently working on looking for it. I'm sure management can't understand why you're so angry.
Me, I'm just going to chill and have my pre-prandial G&T (or I would, except I can't locate the bottle on account of all the steam coming out of my ears).

What an incredible situation to find ourselves in...funds sent..but can't be found and nothing from SS indicating a resolution timescale and how they intend to ensure that customers who's money has been 'misdirected' are satisfied with the outcome. Once this situation is resolved I intend to never use SS again

A few evenings ago, SS added a new loan tranche to the Pipeline at about 11.30pm. So they sometimes work very late.
In view of the seriousness of this situation, which clearly is affecting many investors and must therefore involve, in total, a very considerable sum of money, I trust the management will be working very late and long to sort this out, regardless of the fact the weekend is just starting.
