Down just after 11am when 3 loans were supposed to go live

They only posted the 1 loan. The other 2 were probably being held back until 11.10am (which seems to now be a pattern). Consequently everyone is hitting f5 button to refresh page waiting for the other 2 loans to appear and that's probably taken server down. It seems they can't scale up, they possibly need major expenditure on their infrastructure.

Well based on today's performance I would have to say no - FS servers can't cope. Very frustrating to get to the keyboard at the appointed hour only to find it's gone belly up (again). If the current servers can't cope with a timed release then I suggest FS need to find a different way to release loans which are likely to prove popular. 1119 am as I type this and it's still down - can't waste any more time here - hopeless!

No point remaining an investor if I can't get online to invest! I've already exited Ly because of declining service, next FS?

Server is fine - but unfortunately a repeat of the previous problem with a loan being incorrectly set.
The issue is now being corrected but, as before, it will take a few minutes before the server is fully accessible
We have now also implemented a permanent fix to avoid any further recurrence.

Apologies to anyone affected by the issues this morning.
To clarify the position - the server access issue that the "Server Access Issue" thread relates to was not related to our server. It was caused by an internet / network issue that was not under our control.
That problem was fixed and has not recurred.
The previous server problem - the subject of this thread was due to a human error in setting the details of a loan.
When the loan went live it created an infinite loop that prevented further server access. This problem was fixed and a change made to ensure any new loans could not give the same issue.
Unfortunately a loan that went up at 11:00 am today was created before the fix was put in place and had the same error - again causing an infinite loop - now corrected.

I won't take you up on it though because I know that network issues have worked to my benefit in the past (someone thought I was a bot on Collateral a couple of weeks back!). It's interesting though and backs up the assertion by fundingsecure in the past that it's not a server issue but localised network problems. Perhaps I need to move nearer to High Wycombe. Edit: frustration got the better of me in my original post

FS site unresponsive for a good 5 minutes for me, missed out again. Anyone else experiencing the same problems? Was trying to get some of the race car - but all gone in over a minute. Then I came to my senses and remembered to avoid anything to do regarding racing vehicles (boat  ) so probably for the best.
