The H**l 15% LTV was 104% funded in less than a minute - wonder what happens now to that 4%

The H**l 15% LTV was 104% funded in less than a minute - wonder what happens now to that 4% Looking at the list of investments one user managed to get in 24 successful bids for this loan (including what was carried over from the original). 2 other users had 5 successful bids each. Maybe knock the 4% off their allocation.

Well that's an improvement, I was only locked out from 10:59 to 11:02 this morning, still all 3 loans 100% funded by the time the FS site responded. Ho hum. They all went in seconds. Yes. To the same people it looks like. I think its these bots. I am not a computer person but I would imagine use of scripts would also slow the system.

How can one user manage to get 24 successful bids when most are unable to get even one Perhaps some of the game players and their bots are moving over from FC to FS.

It was a renewal, possibly they have bought bits on the SM and these all renew individually? Doesn't make sense for someone looking to invest a lot make many small new bids, but I guess it's possible.

The answers are...there were 3 new bids...the rest were rollovers..the punter with 20+ bids on had bought prior on the secondary and rolled over..

Doesn't seem fair the system FS use. But then I'm only a small investor of less than 100K.
Tiresome though it is FS look after the large investors, and that's possibly a good move on their part- until the smaller investors decide to leave the site. I do wonder how longer smaller investors will continue to invest in this site. I may be wrong but it seems to me that FS are expecting the small investors to take all the risk but they make every effort to protect larger investors.
Perhaps FS know that small investors will be "sucked" into the rather dubious loans that the bigger investors wouldn't touch with the proverbial bargepole.

Quick question - with these fast moving loans what happens if you enter an amount greater than the loan amount available at that instance. Does your entire offer get rejected or does it get partially matched?

Per chance I asked that exact question earlier...and ive forgotten the answer but with only 3 new bids accepted its hypothetical for 99.99999 etc% of those that tried to bid..I will ask again tomorrow when my eternal font of wisdom returns

Can FS servers cope ?
you mean with the number of rollovers I presume as two cans joined with string would cope with the number of new bidders..in keeping with the thread (Hull) recently, todays "opportunity" ? 8412083708 Bury enabled 9 new bidders to enjoy the gravy train before it filled. Even connecting via my Ethernet cable didn't give me a cat in hells chance of dipping my bread in..ive thought long and hard about checking the auto renew option on the loans ive already got but it reminds me too much of another P2P lender who shall remain nameless..I will have to think some more. Its apparent though that the chance of getting a bid on a reasonably low LTV renewal loan with no bid restrictions is harder than walking on water.

As if to emphasise the point above..an email just in informs me that theres a renewal for Taunton tomorrow @ 11am...£20k..43.6 % LTV..think I'll find better things to do Edit...In the interests of 'fairness' I note there is a £250 bid restriction (on new bidders) for this renewal....Good luck sir or madam
