Apologies to other forum posters for feeding the troll - I will self-delete this post within 24hours. For me your post has a lot of merit, but I am only posting to suggest you save your efforts with the above action. Unless history falls to repeat itself, (is that a double negative?) the meal will already have been consumed. As I wrote your post has merit and relevance so please consider not deleting it. Edit... See I was right

I always thought this forum was for informed & (relatively) intelligent comments about P2P platforms & the investments therein.
Stop bickering guys, & stick to the script.

johni:
You must have very little confidence in MT if you think little old me posting facts (I repeat 'FACTS' - verified, evidenced and referenced (and as yet unchallenged) - some call it 'the truth')) on an obscure specialist BB (no offence intended to the constructors - it's just that I don't think many would claim it's a serious challenger to Facebook just yet?) is likely to cause the collapse of MT (in a perverse sort of way I feel quite honoured you clearly consider me such a force?)?
If you feel so insecure in your investments in MT and your research and DD don't give you adequate confidence then I suggest you sell up - and asap.
The issue here is not what "facts" you post but the sheer volume of your assertions, varying from your implication of plagiarism by another poster, though your demands for action by MT, to your suggestions to sell up to other posters. If you are genuinely wishing to divest yourself of all your MT holdings, are you not aware that your comments are counter-productive? By criticising MT and this loan in particular, you make it less likely that you will find a buyer for your part of this loan and any other MT loans you hold? Your actions are more characteristic of a trader who wishes to buy into an MT loan by depressing the market-price or panicing current loan holders into selling (something we may see more of after MT introduces variable pricing in the secondary market). Apologies to other forum posters for feeding the troll - I will self-delete this post within 24hours. Hi eeyore: You mean a bit like trading on AIM (I'm assuming you know what that means (a genuine question - not all here will) - it's as sophisticated as it is devious - but mainly algorithm driven)) - so I do understand your position - but fundamentally disagree with it.
Best we just leave it there though eh? - I could dissect the premises on which your stated position is predicated - but I'd just be painted the naughty girl again making others look foolish - and to be brutally honest - in this case, it would be way too easy ?
Have a good evening

Not wishing to add unduly to the detritus of this thread but rscal if you make your way back to the locutus post which you disparaged for not being original, you'll note that he enclosed the text between quote tags (the rounded box is the clue). Thus he was never claiming he was the author, merely that he thought it appropriate to reference the text in this thread. I couldn't possibly comment on whether I agreed with the sentiment for fear of agravating your RSI. I'll have a double of whatever you're drinking DeafEater (joke).
Have a nice evening

Going back to the loan itself. We are awaiting news of repayment aren't we? Last update said 'may now run into early February although they are still aiming for the end of this month [January].'
It is the largest outstanding loan and represents almost 1/3 of the current secondary market. I think we all be glad to see it go through

OK - I'm going to say it just one more time for those who either missed it first time or who are a bit slow on the uptake.
As advised by GSV3MIaC (a moderator and a guy with an awful lot of experience) this BB has a filter facility - read back and he even tells you exactly how to use it.
1. If you don't want to hear what I say then filter me - simples.
2. If you don't filter me don't just whine that you don't like what I say - because anything that cannot be proved, is factual, objective, empirical , evidenced an/or referenced that you respond to me with I will rip apart (metaphorically). A sound evidenced rationale will always get a professional response from me.
3. The amateur clowns will simply get the old fashioned type repost - which will make then look a total clown (not the look at me - how clever am I type).
4. There is no compulsion whatsoever upon anyone to respond to any of my posts - to do so is a choice you choose to make, or not.
Think that's about it - G &T time here.
Have a great evening and stay safe.

It’s subjective Well that's OK - so it's fiction then - you've reduced P2P to 'story time' (regrettably, you may have a point) - outstanding concept.
Should we open a new thread for fiction with regard to this loan (all loans maybe?). I can write about fictional characters and storylines for hours - it's my speciality - had to do something with my English Degree eh!?
How about 'P2P is only a subjective concept - discuss'.
hazellend - I'm trying to be humourous - but you really do need to put that bottle down and get to bed.
Hope the hangover isn't too bad tomorrow?
Goodnight.

Calm Down Dear, Calm Down Totally calm here radar - just trying to save hazellend some grief last night - or this morning more likely. However, I'm sure your valuable contribution here, whilst largely pointless, getting a 1/10 for humour and 0/10 for originality was greatly appreciated - honest. Hope your head is OK this morning (I'm guessing the contribution was primarily 'bottle' induced? - as for me - I feel great!
